I would leave 10 stars if I could. Kaila has been doing my brows for years and I fall in love with them all over again every time I see her for a touch up. Her attention to detail is amazing. Kaila tattooed my eyebrows last fall, and honestly, I've never been happier with money I've spent. She was a dream to work with--she educated me on the differences between what she does and microblading (hint: DON'T DO IT), the colors she'd use, and she spent a ton of time making sure that I felt comfortable as a redhead with what my results would be. I was still anxious leading up to the appointment because... well... face tattoos. But ya'll... she is SO GOOD AT WHAT SHE DOES. Kaila was patient and intentional with designing and drawing on a brow shape (she is an artist!). She revised it multiple times to be sure I felt happy with it. She explained everything she did and made sure I was comfortable at each step. It didn't hurt, and my brows have been absolutely perfect every single day since. (note: my brows seemed really dark and shocking on day one, but they got better every day for a week and by day 7, they were literally the perfect shade and shape. Kaila warned me about this, too.)
