I won't lie, the price did give me a little sticker shock at first. But then I remembered: this is a tattoo... on your face. And when you factor in: 1. The quality and expertise of the artists 2. The high-end products they use and how long it lasts 3. The time, money, and daily frustration it saves you PLUS the fact that it won't smudge or wash off in water... It was a no-brainer. My first appointment went great. The artist really took time to assess my face and skin type, and we decided on the Ombre Brow technique. I've never looked back! Now I go in every 2 to 2.5 years for a refresh and see Sara, who I absolutely adore. She's patient, detailed, and always makes sure I'm happy with the shape and color before we start. Now, let's talk pain. Yes, it's a tattoo on your face, so no, it's not completely painless. The outline and initial scratching definitely sting. But after that, numbing cream is applied and it's honestly not bad. It is more pressure than pain. I've even fallen asleep during the process because Sara's setup is so calming: soft music, cozy blanket, and one of the comfiest tables I've ever laid on. If you're on the fence, let this be your sign to go for it. Microblading (or ombre brows, in my case) has saved me so much time and given me such a boost in confidence.
