It's very difficult for me to ask for things to be fixed at all, so I would have just waited until my nails needed a fill and then gone somewhere else for that. When I was contacted by the salon, and they were so nice about trying to make things right, I just had to go back. I'm glad I did! Ana filed the nails shorter. She applied polish, I chose the same color because I really love what I chose originally. She cleaned up the underside of all the nails. She moisturized around my cuticles and my hands and arms. I thought it was fine before, but now (the next day), it hurts to walk and put pressure on my toes. I regret tipping that much and I waited for 30 minutes until I got serviced, and the person upsold me on the 2nd tier.
