I'm not originally from this area, but I visit Nashville quiet often and decided to get my teeth cleaned during one of my visits a couple months ago. A good friend of mine recommended this place, where she gets her teeth cleaned regularly. My friend highly praises the staffs here for their friendly service and flexible schedules. The receptionist Michelle is the sweetest and was really patient and understanding with all the schedule changes that I had (I canceled and rescheduled my appointment more than twice). Coming from out of town, it was difficult for me to pick a specific time of the day, but Michelle helped and squeezed me in one of the time slots that worked for me perfectly. Super awesome lady!! The Dental hygienists, Heather and Illeana are the sweetest also. I get my teeth cleaned regularly but not as often as I should (blush), and Heather did a wonderful job!! She even offered me Vaseline to put on my cracked lips that were so chapped lol. Dr. Moon, Dr. Lee and all the other staffs are very professional, willing to work with you if you have any concerns. Horrible would not recommend to anyone. The receptionist screwing up my initial call should have been a clue. Received to appointment confirmation prior to my appointment. The day of the appointment, I drove over an hour to get to the office, only to find out the same receptionist had screwed up again, and my cleaning appointment had been cancelled. read more

They say ONE person can make or break a place. There is a horrible woman in the business office by the name of Michelle. Michelle is hot headed, rude and obviously doesn't know how to file insurance properly. She was rude to our insurance company and has been rude and offensive to me as well. She lies about submitting paperwork and tries to blame anyone but herself for not doing her job properly. Our family has been going to Grace Dental for MANY years and we are now looking for a different dental office. Dealing with Michelle is not worth the hassel anymore. I ask to speak to one of the dentists and Michelle refused to let me speak to anyone but her. We will be looking for dental care else where. read more

I've never been there but when I tried to discuss it with the supposed office manager, she stated it would need to be paid to stop legal action and I could then try to show why I shouldn't be accountable. I will never-ever recommend or refer friends and family to Grace Dental. I'm being very generous even by leaving a one star rating but at least I can say they earned that. I went there to hopefully correct some issues with my teeth and maybe even have a cosmetic procedure done. My first initial visit went okay, nothing beyond that. After my exam Dr. Lee and I went over a treatment plan, and a possible course of action in regards to appointments. Prior to leaving I paid a $10 dollar PPE fee, O.k., perhaps a small price to pay for seeing patients during a pandemic. After leaving the office, I did not have a good feeling about this treatment plan. MY gut-feeling told me something was amiss! Within days after I went and received a second opinion from another dental office. I handed their Doctor and assistant my treatment plan from Dr. Lee, they looked it over and they proceeded to give me a comprehensive oral exam and X-rays. As it turns out there were a few more minor issues that were found. Needless to say those issues where never addressed or even appeared in Dr. Lee's treatment plan. And I was misdiagnosed in regards to a deep-clean when I only needed a regular clean. I believe the words that were used during this visit was-"I think you're being overcharged for this procedure." That settled it for me. When I asked Grace Dental if they could email my records to my new dental office they said-"Sure! $20 Bucks and we'll send it over!" Twenty bucks for my own records-never again will I visit Grace Dental. And the "receptionist" Michelle, that's all she is, just a receptionist. She has no business giving medical advice to anyone over the phone like she did to me. read more

After 10 years of neglecting my teeth I visited this office. I needed quiet a bit of work and I expected that. What I didn't expect was the dentist to be dishonest. They proceeded to fill several cavities in my teeth that were actually to far gone to be filled. I also let them do a root canal and crown. My crown is a square block with no tooth like shape that has now damaged my other teeth. The prices were average as far as dentists go. Some of the employees are polite, some very rude. They also let there dental techs do some work that the dentist is actually supposed to do but I didn't know that until changing dentists. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I have had enough!!! I've had Grace Dental for the last few years and won't step back in the place again!!! there is NO communication of what they are going to do and I just now ended up paying $1700 for a bridge of 2 teethe, when I was supposed to only have 2 root canals and one toothe replaced!! To say I was SHOCKED when I walked out last week with 2 temporary teeth in my head when only ONE toothe feel apart, is an understatement. PLUS, the helper gets throughly upset if she hurts you and you make a complaint about it. She continually gagged me with instruments and got angry when I gagged and walked out of the room!! Went an made a big deal about how I reacted to being gagged and then ROUGHLY tried something else. EVERY visit I had to put up with her crap!!!!! GRACE?? ROUGH!!!! ROUGH!!! I am throughly disgusted with that place!!! Plus, everytime I had a visit, there was NOTHING said about the teethe that needed attention. I kept waiting for them to say something. Nothing. Plus they did different work on my teethe than what they said they were going to do!! When thye finished putting the crown on me to day, I walked out and said "wont see you later!!!!" Grace dental is a disgrace to dental offices. I used to go to this dentist before it was Grace dental they changed and I moved away for a little bit and I came back they told me that I had needed a root canal and they suggested I get a gold crown they fitted it and put it in it never felt right it always hurt it always bumped up against my other teeth I called up there asking them if they could do anything and they just told me I would have to pay for another exam and another x-ray and basically they told me that they would in fact not fix it I ended up getting an abscess under it and I had to have the tooth pulled at that time I didn't have dental insurance so they basically stole my money botched a crown and I had to have the tooth pulled. I originally went to them last year, all was cool. A pending life change was going to affect my coverage. I wanted one last visit before hand just in case it takes a while to get new dental coverage. Well they couldnt get me in, thats cool too. I found another office who had an appt available for when I needed it. WELL Not only did GRACE DENTAL CHARGE ME to have my records (1 pg chart, 1 pg treatment plan, and an email containing my xrays) but they NEVER SENT THE EMAIL! So i go to my appt and guess what, they cant do anything without them and I wasn't due for another xray yet. BUT given the circumstances i needed to get it done and I wasnt going to pay for a service i didnt recieve with a late cancellation charge. So, I paid $172 out of pocket for something that didnt need to be done had THEY done what THEY charged me to do. Well, I call today and was told well THE OTHER CLINIC shouldve called and told us that, and sorry all we can do is send you your $20 back.... My issue isnt that I paid them 20 bucks its that i paid them for something they didnt do that resulted in me spending more money than I should have. I'll start off by saying that I've been going to Grace dental for about a year, they use to be amazing. I don't know what happened but recently they've gone downhill. To start, I chipped the side of my tooth and all I needed was a filing and I had seen my orthodontist a week prior *with x-rays* stating it was healthy (no cavities, not decaying), well I get to my appointment and the dentist files down my entire tooth, exposing the nerve... telling me I now need a root canal because SHE exposed the nerve and a crown because what was left of my tooth is now completely gone. Then she left the room and let the hygienist take over and do the entire filling herself... Well she only did half a filling and now there is a gaping hole where they filled down all of my tooth, on top of that she was extremely aggressive with me, my head was *LITERALLY* rocking back and forth. On top of that once I got home I was in excruciating pain. I've had my share of dental work done and this pain was unimaginable. Needless to say I will not be going back. read more

Do not go to Grace Dental on New Providence LOL. Gave me complete lists of costs per procedure.... what they charged, what insurance would pay, what i would pay. After each procedure I paid what they told me I owe and 2 months after my last appointment I get a bill for $374.40 because they are out of network for our insurance. They had to know this because they verified everything with the insurance company before I even got my teeth cleaned. This bill doesn't even have a breakdown of what is owed. Ridiculous. read more

The staff is friendly and will go beyond the call to answer all your questions and provide you with warm, family atmosphere.
