Twice a year my wife and I go to Richview Family Denistry for teeth cleaning. Our daughter still goes as well, but she is now a part of her own new household. When children become adults they could choose to go somewhere else especially if another place is closer. She chose to keep with Richview. Look, I am well aware going to the dentist it's not something people want to do. If you have a problem more than likely you're going to experience some discomfort. Richview Family Denistry does everything they can to make your visit pleasant. They do that by making their surroundings aesthetic. Their staff is courteous attentive. If you have a question ask anyone. They will be more than likely able to answer it to whatever detail you want them to go into. If not, Dr. Wall or Dr. Biggs are more than happy to put you at ease. We absolutely consider them all family. Why not, we have gone to them for almost 14 years since coming to Clarksville. I don't know how anybody could not be completely satisfied coming here. I have never had any questions or problems with payments, notifications for appointments, or with patient care. I felt it was absolutely necessary to let people in Clarksville know where they can go for a great family dentistry. One last note when my daughter required patient care beyond what is provided here I.e., orthodontics they provided us a great referral. read more

I don't know what's worse. The lecture i received during my extraction for waiting on fixing a decayed tooth. My jaw was heavily medicated but i still felt every jerk n pull to get the tooth out. Instead of compassion, i was repeatedly talked down to by my Richview dentist. Now the billing. After months of being vague with billing -- i had already paid $500 for the extraction and another $300 for the bridge prepping -- I'm hit with another $815. This is after insurance had paid $865. So the bridge is gonna cost $2000? That's totally insane. Again they were very vague with billing. Don't be dooped. Go elsewhere for your dental care. read more

Dr. Wall and his associate Dr. Sherrill are really masters of their craft (what no tooth emoji? ). His amazing support staff are rock stars. I have been going to this practice for 6 years and plan to be a lifer! The dental hygienists talk as much as I do, which is a plus for me. They're patient and really care about you and your family. I am one of those weird people that enjoy getting their teeth cleaned. It feels good. I know. Dr. Wall is very honest about what needs to be addressed in your mouth and what can wait. He has always been candid with me and I appreciate his honesty. This is one practice that doesn't plus sell or push you to get whiter teeth or straighter teeth. Yes, they can do all that and then some,but they do not come across as royal crown dealers. What I mean to say is if you want something done then they discuss it with you and answer all your questions before you burn the cash. I have never had a billing issue but if I did, they will work it out with you. They accept a large variety of insurances and never have had to contact my insurance to ask if they cover a replacement crown. Half the time they know before I do. I could go on and on about how great this place is but want to allow other people the opportunity to get to know this family dentist practice for themselves. They will get to know your teeth better than you do. Oh and to those of you that have small mouths, or TMJ issues. I have a big mouth in personality but not physically. Not a good place to go spent a lot of money on my dentures and never fitted right went back today to have them relined and waited for 40 minutes never got to see any one all I was told they will be with you in a minute and was told that for 20 minutes. read more

Warning, while the dentist is good, beware. We were not told they were out of network for our dental plan. So now we have a huge dental bill due. They would not help us out. I would never have gone there had I know this information. I was told that the staff would have advise us prior to the appointment about the out of network information, which I was not. We are new to the area but I will make sure I do not recommend this office. read more

My friend recommended Richview Dental and it has been the best decision. My cleanings are quick and thorough with no pain. I used to ask for laughing gas but now my anxiety level is minimal. The staff is friendly, attentive and always make sure you're comfortable. Because of the great work they do, my teeth will be healthy and keep me smiling pretty! read more

The actual dentists here are great. Their office staff should just be replaced. I had to call 6 times and email twice for them to finally pick up the phone so I could schedule the appointment, because they never sent a reminder for my bi annual cleaning. They scheduled it at 7 and canceled it at 6:35, but said they had a possible cancellation for 8 and to come in. Then insisted I needed to fill out new patient paperwork when I said that I had been there before she asked for my name to pull up my information. At 8 I went up to the desk to ask about the cancelation and the woman was texting on her phone and "hiding" it by putting a plan sheet of copy paper over it. When I asked about the cancelation or if I needed to reschedule she said the cancelation showed up and I would need to reschedule. When I asked about the 10 am appointment I was offered to reschedule with when they called the woman said that appointment didn't exist. They are so unorganized and clearly unclear with how to book appointments and have a high level of attention or knowledge when it comes to working with customers. I may reschedule because I like the dentist and it's close, but these ladies may test my patience and send my business elsewhere. read more

Just found out about this wonderful dental office due to a referral from my periodontist. My general dentist retired and I was unhappy with others in the area. I had the privilege of meeting with Dr. Wall and his staff and agree with the recent review by Jean J. The support staff are incredible with their pleasant personalities, gentle approach, charm and thorough examination. They all made me feel at ease. Dr. Wall was great. I loved his approach as he listened to me and checked x-rays carefully. He didn't rush me even though the office was very busy. I was treated like a first-class patient, an old friend even though this was my first time there. This will not be my last time. Dr. Wall thanked me for coming in but I thanked him for taking me on as a new patient. Richview Dentistry is my place to go for dental work.
