I always love coming here because the vibe is chill and I can relax. New owner remodeled and the massage chairs are comfy. Easy to get an appointment to accommodate your schedule. Also the manicure pedicure last longer than other salons as they use good products. I don't feel like I'm in a factory and rushed here.

I had SNS powder on my nail prior to arrival. After soaking my nails.. She left some powder residue on my nails . I asked her to remove it bcs it will cause the polish on top to crack prematurely once the residue starts rising (do I have to explain this to a nail tech?) . She said she didn't remove it bcs she didn't want to scrape my nails any further. OK but did I ask you that or did I ask you to remove it? She painted my nails and left a noticeable streak (see picture) then when I tell her about it she gets defensive. Giving an explanation that she needed to get polish on the corner but if she did a new coat it would be too thick. I don't want to hear excuses. Overall it was not a clean set. You can see the pictures and judge yourself. On top Of it all it was so overpriced AND MY NAILS CHIPPED THE NEXT DAY. BEWARe Wait till other salons or open unless you want to waste your money.

Very disappointing experience at Victoria Nails and Spa…read more I'm currently on a broken foot and called ahead to say I would be 12 minutes late to my appointment with Vivi I was told to come. I arrived at 2:42 PM and was refused service. The manager at the front desk who declined to give his name gave me attitude and told me "I told you if you're over 10 late she isn't taking you, and said I don't care about your injury that has nothing to do with me". How disgusting. This was my second day coming in. The day before, I was told she was fully booked. I returned again paying for Ubers both days due to my injury assuming a little grace would be extended. Instead, I was turned away. While I calmly explained my situation and simply asked if she could accommodate me for a quick fill, Vivi repeatedly said "oh my God" as if my presence was an inconvenience. The tone alone said enough. What's unfortunate is that I've previously been patient when she ran behind, didn't call as promised, or seated other clients before me despite my appointment. I waited without complaint. Loyalty clearly wasn't mutual. I spend hundreds here for myself and my family. Respect costs nothing. I won't be returning.

Sylvia worked on my nails today and I was so impressed with my nail/hand transformation that I had to leave a review (my nails really were that bad. I'm currently in grad school and I have anxiety and a really bad nail biting habit). I'm a simple girly - I asked for a green chrome inspiration from a Pinterest photo and she showed me the options they had that best resembled the photos. I was offered a pedicure and a massage while sitting in my chair, and even if I declined, Sylvia gave me a short back and hand massage as my gel nails were finishing up. I think I would like to come back for a massage for sure, though. I truly recommend this place in the Bronx! For the service and quality, I'll give them all my money if it means being taken care of like this!

When she was done washing the bleach out of my hair and brought me over to the chair, the towel still on my head she told me "don't be alarmed" before she reveal the burned mess that she had done. My hair was so burned that it was impossible to comb through without it completely breaking off. My hair felt like rubber bands and looked like stretched out winterfresh gum. I was crying for hours. After all that the girl didn't even apologize. She actually seemed like she didn't care and like it was somehow my fault. Worst experience I have ever been through.
