In the past gel X has given me contact dermatitis so I made them stop in the middle of my service and they took it off. I ended up going across the street to get my acrylics and they did a wonderful job, but my cuticles are messed up and VERY irritated from the gel X and itchy and my contact dermatitis is coming back. (refer to the pic, the did not do the nail set.) I wish they would've been honest from the beginning and not money hungry enough to lie to me about the service they're doing on MY nails. never going back and would not recommend. Also, during my service I was offered coffee, tea or water. At the end of my service, she used a collagen hand glove and a hot towel. Based on the pointing and the other person looking at the design on my cell phone, I could tell Sunny was over her head so I then told her, let's go with the easier design. I should have left at that point and that's why I'm writing this review...how does this place have a 4.0 on yelp?! There were several times I tried to tell her she's not doing a good job. She even made me bleed, look at my terribly red cuticles. My nails look nothing like the requested design. After I told her I don't like what she did she looked confused and tried to give me a hand massage. I told her I don't like this and to take the lotion of my hand I'd like to leave. I thought maybe I missed it but another lady finished after me and no one properly cleaned the pedi tub after her. Donna never soaked my nails as every other salon does (and I've been to many from the east coast to west coast, even internationally), I had to request it. After washing my hands I had to personally fix the shape and length on some of my nails and file down some of the acrylic left behind from their $20 removal.
