Spent $70 on a spa pedicure and it lasted for literally 20 minutes. The girl rushed me through, it was poor quality and frankly a waste of money. I am very disappointed by the quality of this pedicure. The massage was not very good either. They left gritty exfoliator on my legs while doing the massage and it was the MOST irritating experience. I have gotten much better pedicures literally everywhere else. Absolutely wish I went somewhere different for my pedicure and will absolutely not be returning. read more

These pics are were taken after I corrected her so many times and finally got exhausted and gave up. First she ripped my nail down to my nail bed because she was using a metro card to try to rip off my acrylic nails. I continuously told her to stop but she kept doing it even after I showed her that she made me bleed. I ended up with the most uneven, lumpy nails with random pieces of lint in it. And she left so much of my nails unpainted. They took $10 off the price but I would have much rather had a nice manicure where no blood was drawn. read more

I noticed that someone had the same experience I did, that one of the techs ripped their nail and made them bleed. I felt the need to add my review because this was last year and I never complained, I just stopped going there, but I feel like people should be warned about this. My daughter called me hysterically crying yesterday afternoon after receiving the worst powder/gel manicure I have ever seen in my life. My daughter continuously and respectfully kept explaining to the technician what she wanted and was completely ignored. After the technician finished, she rudely asked her to pay and rushed her out. It is obvious she took advantage of a sweet, young girl who was too afraid to stop her or ask for someone else. She knew that this girl was not going to refuse to pay so she kept rushing her botched job and basically robbed her. We will NEVER go back to this place and I am definitely going to let EVERYONE know about their disgusting behavior. read more

High quality gel mani/regular pedi, very clean, relaxed. My manicure lasted several weeks!

Since the first experience have returned three times and will say that they do their job well.

The closing time today was 7:00 PM. I got there with plenty of time to get a regular manicure. Sat down to dry my nails at 6:45. At 6:50, I was ASKED TO LEAVE. I asked if I could stay just a few more minutes to dry, and he said, "Everyone is waiting to go home." He told me I "better be careful with my wet nails." Unbelievable. read more

Worst nail salon experience ever. Amateur powder dip that cracked like an hour after my appointment, toes look like a toddler painted them with polish on the skin and lots of streaks. They also charge an extra $5 to "shape" nails. When I asked why she said she cut and filed my nail so it's additional charge...how is that not included in a MANICURE?? Make sure you are up front and clear with what you want in this business. I came for a SNS manicure and the nails didn't last more than 2 days because it cracked being that they used cheap materials and it damaged my nails. I gave them a second chance and came for a regular pedi with callus remover and mani and I was charged $55. I came in today and I was charged $48 for pedi and callus remover and l a massage that I didn't ask for plus an extra $15 for mani which came out to $63. They are not really nice to their customers after I asked why I was charged a different amounts. Will not be coming back to this business! read more
