After a day, the NAILS (yes, with a s) looked like it was coming off.. it's too blocky and lumpy, and stains Eventually stay on it. First off, I ask for coffin shaped nails and they are very square and uneven. Also, the lady doing my pedicure snagged my calf while unzipping my capris. The zipper literally got caught in my skin. I screeched in pain and she kept trying to unzip them. I had to scream at her to stop. Then I wanted to compare a few different polishes against my skin and she refused at first. While checking out to pay I brought to the person's attention about my leg and the skin that was snagged in the zipper. He seemed unfazed by it. No discount, no apology, no nothing! I wish i can give this place 0 stars. It took the man 2:30 hours to do my nails and did a horrible job. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. The man with the spikey hair was super rude from the jump, I sat down and he smacked one of my hands to gain my attention. Continued to do it throughout the entire appointment. I wasn't liking the way they were coming out and he tried to argue with me about the way I want my nails. Then towards the end purposely messed up on 3 separate nails and has the nerve to say he couldn't fix it or redo it because it was going to take too long. I made an appointment for 2:30 with Peter. I was running behind by 3 minutes due to parking and thought I'd be courteous enough to let him know so that he didn't think I was a no show. He said "take your time I'm running behind". I get there and a whole hour passes by because he actually wasn't running behind, he had decided to take a whole other customer during what should've been my appointment time before it had even started. I just couldn't believe it, super damn rude. 1. He could've communicated this over the phone when I called to let him know I was coming. He has someone else "start" my refill after I had waited an hour only to finish with who he was with during MY appointment time to then say to me "I can do it but let her finish she does a better job than me anyways" when really he just didn't want to take me entirely because he had another customer. DONT make appointments if you don't plan on sticking to them. This just leads me to believe they're money hungry and take appointments to then just throw you off to whatever available nail tech is there at the time. It was my first time going there specifically because I saw he had good work. I usually go to cuticles but had forgotten to schedule an appointment and I had an event I needed to be at at 5 & after actively hunting I found Peter who had availability for 230. If I had known what I was walking into I would've simply gone to a nail salon near me for the time being. Never again. They don't take debit/credit, they don't honor appointments, I'm not 100% happy with what I got but wasn't able to even give the lady doing my nails input due to being rushed, there was people screaming in there while the manager just sits back and watches. Listen the nails are cute, but I booked an appointment for gel acrylic tips medium length with an intricate design. He literally just picked up color change acrylic without saying a word and started putting it on my nails. An extra $40. It was very scammy especially because I asked for a specific design & if im paying another $40 for a design do it the right way, he took shortcuts and it looks like the cheap version of what I asked for. Moral of the story, i would not ever go here again because if I wanted color acrylics i would have added that on my reservation, instead without a word he starts doing nails that are $40 more expensive than what i asked for. I shouldnt have tipped him, but honestly imagine I couldnt afford it? Imagine having to argue back and forth because he decided to put some acrylic on my nails i didnt ask for? Disgusting honestly.
