They didn't communicate with me even after me asking them numerous times. I was on the rinse chair for over an hour and in the salon for 3.5 hours. They messed up my hair color big time and didn't do the cut I made the payment they asked for and despite that Peter blamed me for the delay (how is it my fault when his team was working on my hair and made a mess) and he lost his temper, even said that he doesn't care if he gets a bad review. So here I am writing him a bad review. I do not recommend this salon because they don't know how to treat people right. All I expected was clear communication of what went wrong and an apology that they messed up my hair and trying to fix it. One of the things I love about them is they use the booking app vagaro (I think that's the name of it) that way you don't have to try and stop what you're doing or catch them near the phone to book. They also have a cute little section of gifts from lotions and potions to any other kind of little stocking stuffer or last minute birthday gift.
