I tried the catfish without many expectations since it was a buffet and not a huge catfish fan, it was one of the cleanest tasting catfish I have ever put in my mouth. The staff are friendly and quick to point out the best deal on what you are ordering (there are specials almost every day). Plus the atmosphere is VERY relaxed, sort of a diner meets Cracker Barrel (without all the junk on the wall).
