I've always ordered ahead and my smoothie/food has always been ready when I arrived. I usually take it to go so I've never eaten in the location, but it seems like a typical quick takeaway place. The owners are nice and make conversation but also respect your time. I have eaten in the little square out front on the benches once or twice to people watch while scarfing down my food. The fruit flavors come from "real" fruit syrup, so they taste good, but not quite as good as a smoothie made with actual whole fruit.
