All in all, a great job for the best quoted price. I was a happy customer. I found the glass front of my business marked up with graffiti. I went and bought graffiti remover from Home Depot to remove it. To my dismay, there was no effect. I expected it to come off, no problem, but it didn't. WTH? I've removed graffiti before, not off glass, but it should have come off. Apparently, I was wrong. After I called a glass company, I was told that I needed to replace the whole window, and the price tag was high. Too high. I called another glass guy who said he couldn't come out 'til evening. I got a quote over the phone for a window replacement with the dimensions and it was even higher than the first guy. I saw the review on Yelp for Pacman graffiti removal. Figured that I'd try a graffiti removal expert to get a quote and get some options. He told me I didn't need to replace the window, and gave me a quote for a fraction of the price. I was hesitant at first, but then he showed me pictures of his work, and I decided to give him a shot. How horrible my storefront looked when I opened up that morning. If I'd waited for the glass company, it might have been two days looking like trash. I had my house vandalized very badly. I contacted PacMac and Ray was eager to help me with the graffiti removal and paint the house afterward. As it turned out, the removal didn't work, but he and his crew did a great job in painting the house and completely covering the graffiti. I also had him work on my leak roof which was causing water to accumulate in my garage. He and his crew did a great job covering the roof in one day!
