I tried, unsuccessfully, to contact Christian recently about the possibility of power washing the mold ridden retaining wall in my backyard, and they completely ignored. me. Extremely unprofessional, and quite frankly unwarranted, behavior toward a now formerly loyal client. They can refute whatever the want, but it still doesn't change the abhorrent behavior, and inexplicable, treatment l received. SF Bay Window Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning my windows at my third floor apartment both on the inside and outside. The difference in my light quality is amazing! They arrived on time and were very careful and tidy working inside my apartment. Also when I was communicating with Christian on the initial quote, he was always very prompt and responsive so setting up the service was very easy. What is even more important to me than the quality of their work is their integrity and reliability. As they were finishing up, Christian, who was overseeing the work, let me know that the initial quote he has given me was too high because they finished more quickly than he expected so he reduced the cost by 25%! He could have said nothing and I would have just paid what he originally quoted. I thought this was incredibly honorable. Not only that, but as they were getting ready to leave, I decided I wanted them to try to clean two small windows in a light well that I originally thought they would not be able to reach.
