His attitude turned a food-quality problem into a very bad customer-service experience. The one bright spot was our waitress, who was professional, sympathetic, and courteous throughout the entire ordeal. She did her best to help in a difficult situation. We ultimately left without eating. The food was removed from our bill, but the manager's response left us feeling completely disregarded.
