There were 4 flavors to choose from each time - so you should be able to find an option that you like. I've tried 3 different pizzas and was really surprise at how good the pizza was. Craig is absolutely amazing, so kind, I loved chatting with him! We first met him at one their pop ups at a brewery in Albany, which confirmed everything he makes is delicious. The pizza was outstanding for our wedding and our guests absolutely loved it! We heard many rave reviews from our family, and they were even able to accommodate some special requests on the spot. The film broke loose and this movie came to a screeching halt when I heard, "We are out of onions." "Ahhhhgg," I thought, as in my opinion a burger just isn't a burger without onions. Before I could complete my sigh of disbelief, the server said, "We can put some fried onions on it, if you want. Will take a little longer." I was ecstatic. Not because I got my onions, albeit in a different form, but the food truck guy did not have to offer this, but he did. Why? I don't know, ask him, but I can guess it is because they have that food truck service mentality of "Let's take care of our special customers." It did take a little longer but was worth it. The cook handed me a freshly cooked cheeseburger with fried onions and tater tots. He even warned me that the tots were piping hot just out of the fryer. Really nice touch. I will definitely be back and try their other menu items which look really good including the clam, even though I am not a big clam fan.

The Healthy Cafe Truck was parked outside the building at lunch time. Thankfully I got to it right before the line took off. After a couple of minutes I turned around and the line was looooong. The bowl of the week featured greens, wild rice and quinoa, tortilla strips, some other healthy stuff, and they allowed customers to swap a chopped up black bean burger for their chicken or ground beef options. They topped it all off with a lime vinaigrette. It ended up being exactly what I was looking for! Truly delicious and made me feel healthy! The staff were friendly and the service was efficient. It is served on a foccacia roll. The wraps there I usually pass up on; But from time to time when I feel like trying to catch all the delicious goodness that falls out from them I'll get one. I believe they wrap them in a hurry to get the job done but they aren't wrapped so everything doesn't fall out. So bring your forks people! Since I felt like eating healthy today I decided on getting the fruit smoothie (strawberry)which is usually a disappointment in most establishments because they usually sugar coat smoothies and add things to the smoothie that aren't so healthy. But this was a smoothie pleasant surprise, it was nothing but fruit and ice. A coworker/friend I ran into on my way back to work told me yep that's how they always make them. Good to know.
