Okay. We are a new start-up business located in the Chicago, Illinois area. We are in the limousine industry and we google website designers that have experience in developing an html5 responsive website for us. Yea, they got my website up and running. I've tried weebly, godaddy site builder, and iweb, oh and of course my most horrible experience with wix. So after trying, well, not trying but thing this was right for me for almost 3 years, I found grafixbox. Before them I I found 1 designer on craigslist and they did not pan out ever because after all the vast knowledge that I now have, they were simply going to give me a wordpress template which looks like my competitor. Now come full circle , grafix box is not a starbucks deal, they actually have an office, wow, I was even welcomed with coffee, but that not what intrigued me. I was there for an hour and a half venting, and the rep Dave did not mind, in fact he said he understand, but was glad to know that this will be the end. Sure enough it was the end. So I walk in and I sit down with the first person I see, thinking he's the deigner/ well person that I am suppose to speak to. I gave him the whole speal about how my designer i found on cl was a flake.i did not let him get a a word in cause I was so busy giving a history......20 minutes later he said "would you like to speak to a rep to get started?".....huh? Too funny the person I had a meeting with was in the next room, turn out I was speaking to one of the designers, but he was so polite in not interrupting me . My personal web designer,. I have referred grafixbox to 2 family member and 3 co-workers. The rate for the small business web design is perfect. At first other prices were thrown at me but the base price is great. I have already had my first 10 orders, of course I could have more, but I just wanted to start off slow. Chris was my designer for life , he worked wonders and made y company website look like if the company itself has 100s of employees. The price was fare, it was a little bit more than what I thought, but it does have all the bells and whistles like all the other ecommerce sites you see on the web. Its about time and I'm glad I shopped around. I found them on google, but along with 3 others. The main thing is that my site is now running, I already had my first call in 2 weeks which from what I hear is real quick since my site is totally new. The amount of time was a little bit over than they estimated, but that was my fault. All in all I like it and am pleased with the outcome. read more
