I went to this specific office after a car accident. I knew my back wasn't doing well. I went here for an entire year. I was probably asked every visit if I was going to pursue a lawyer for the accident. My back was never feeling "great" per say. So I went for a second opinion and found an amazing doctor in Oviedo, Dr. Nguyen. He actually massaged my muscles before an adjustment. His office provides yoga sessions to help teach stretching, and gives instructions with each visit to stretch the painful areas I described. What a big difference from the ambulance chasers Graham Chiropractic!! Would NOT recommend this place. Although the doctor was nice and the staff was pleasant, it wasn't effective for my needs with my back. read more

Very dissatisfied!!! I normally never do this as my mom taught me if you have nothing nice to say don't say nothing at all. This time will just have to speak up. I was rejected for being 5 minutes late. I had called prior to switch my apt for a later time, was told by the receptionist they didn't have any other apts, but because I really wanted to get treated and seen by the doctor I made everything possible to still come in and see them. I drove took me 15mins to arrive, as I had an emergency earlier. As I'm parking I called to tell them I was coming and apologized for being a little late. The receptionist replied "sorry we wont be able to see you" she rejected me and didn't even cared at all by saying come in we will deduct those 5mins you were late from your apt, she simply said "we cant see you anymore as its 9:30am " she was totally lying It was only 9:20am and I had my apt at 9:15am. I was running like a chicken without head to make it on time and not cancel my apt as I travel and have a busy schedule, but this place doesn't care. So sorry and sad with such unprofessionalism not opting to work with me at all and just canceling my apt by being 5 mins late. I left back home from their parking lot not being helped. Hope they change their rules as life happens and I totally understand being 10-15 mins late, but 5mins? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! read more

I had a terrible experience! After just a couple visits of paying $30, they incorrectly billed me $40. I told the front desk and they said they would take care of it. After several months, I get a call from a collection agency for $52 Yikes!! Come to find out, they never corrected their billing error and sent me to collections for ten bucks. When I called to address it with them, they were very rude and said there was nothing they could do; it was already sent to collections. And, they increased their rates, just didn't notify me. What a rip off!!! Is business that bad, they need to jack up the rates without informing their customers and then send them to collections for ten bucks. I would never go back; can't trust them. read more

I chose the office graham because of location and front staff was always good but over time you see he pulls aside employees to scold them graham is truly a mean money dictator style angry person. He hates lawyers and could care less what insurance companies need. I told my first lawyer I am going to go to Graham Chiropractic and that lawyer with-drew from my case immediately and said if you work with Graham chiropractic we cannot represent you. Graham should not take accident cases if he is unwilling to be flexable with the lawyers. GRAHAM insists I do 3 visits per week and some holiday weeks GRAHAM is only at the office 3 or 4 days so I have to book 3 appointments over a period of 3-4 days which is absolutely ridiculous. Graham is the chiropractic dictator. GRAHAM will not easily write the order to get an mri. my lawyerTRIAL PRO SAID the insurance company needs to see an MRI and DR GRAHam initially said after the first 12 visits he will write the order for a legitimate mri but GRAHAM NEVER writes an order to a legitimate mri lab.I ask one patient how long have you been going to see DR Graham and the patient said 2 years. IT turns out DR GRAHAM wants you to go the rest of your life. Ifelt much better doing my own homecare. I always felt a little worse after going to DR graham.DR graham is the one that pushed TRIAL PRO on me.in my opinion DR GRAHAM was going to drag out my treatment for years to make more money on my injury case . He kept complaining that there was not enough money in my slip and fall case and I called attorney DAN NEWLYN from the hospital originally who said we wont take yourslip and fall case . dan newlin said we are not taking any slip and fall cases. DR GRAHAM said several times no money in slip and fall cases and in my opinion he wants you to come in for years to make the case more valuable and he knows an MRI will kill the value the value of this case. Between the doctor the lawyer and the insurance company this is one dirty business and that is why Attorney Dan NEWLIN prefers crippled patients or patients with serious lifetime injuries so he can make the most money. I had a back injuryand head injury and DRgraham ignored my head and neck injury until I insisted for 3 or 4 visits . I still have headaches since my slip and fall and I do self care for my back.I insisted that DR graham get me myMRI. DR GRAHAM said do you want to pay $3000 for an mri .Isaid I know a place Where I can fit in the mri machine and it only costs $699 for 2 MRIS. DR GRAHAM AFTER 25 plus visits woulnt get me my MRI.HE said your done here don't come back and then trial pro cancelled me out immediately due to graham. Iwas not interested in lifetime treatment with DR graham and igot much better without graham. in my past I got rid of aastma on my own for the past 15 years. I don't need to do hundreds of visits to DR graham to get him and TRIAL PRO more money. I told both of them I am not in the slip and fall business and I don't need to go in for hundreds of unnecessary visits to make this case more valuable. slip and fallis one dirty businessand I just want to get better. read more
