Took my 2013 Dodge ram 4X4 to the newly located GRAHAM TIRE on North Cliff Ave in Sioux Fall. I knew I needed brakes on the rear, but figured I'd probably need them on the front as well. The service manager gave me a call to let me know the diagnosis, and I did not need brakes on the front, rather I had two locked up calipers on the rear. Add to that I wanted them to rectify the E-brake cable which was hanging down and is a common issue on Dodge RAMS. Long story short, GRAHAM fully diagnosed the problems and then without any pressurized sales tactics, suggested I could do the E-brake repair or not. I elected not to do the E-brake repair because I do not use that very often if at all. Overall, let's put it this way - they treated me right, they did not repair anything or suggest something be repaired that did not need to be at the moment, and in the end price was fair and acceptable. Oh, and one last note: Despite the fact that it was evident I needed tires, they did not even try to upsell me on tires. Most shops would've attempted to pressure you into getting tires. Rest assured they will be on my list when it comes time to buy tires. read more

The people here are not honest or or the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing either way, don't bring your car here. I called in before to schedule having my rear brakes put on. I bought the parts and wanted to pay for the labor. The guy I spoke to said, "no problem, $120.00". Due to scheduling issues I missed the appointment and called back to reschedule, was just told by "Gary" that they don't put on people's parts..." This is obviously because they want to charge the customer their mark up for the parts. Regardless of whos policy is correct, if they can't give customers accurate information when shopping for an honest mechanic... how can they be trusted to tell you what is wrong and aren't just trying to "mark up" your bill? this isn't the place for you. read more

They added a labor charge on top of the mounting and balancing charges. When I asked about this, they lied and said they had already discounted the price, which is a LIE. When I asked the corp president about this, he said this is the way they have always done this. Another lie. What are mounting and balancing charges, if not labor. Just a sneaky way to cheat the consumer without raising the other fees. Will NEVER do business with them again. read more

The service I've received from Graham Tire has been excellent on two separate occasions. First when they installed new tires on my company vehicle, it was professional and timely. Second occasion they were able to diagnose and fix a problem with my struts/suspension that caused a vibration. I took my vehicle first to the GM dealer and they couldn't figure it out and just blamed the tires. After returning to Graham, my vehicle was properly fixed. Highly recommended! read more

Walked outside to a flat tire this morning. Just as I was ready to leave to go back home to Minneapolis. Took it to Graham tire. They had me in & out of there in 20 minutes. Tire fixed, effecient, friendly, polite, courteous, honest & reasonably priced. Can't be that. Off to Minneapolis. read more

Watch out for their tricks! Especially if you are women, they will try to nickel and dime you at every turn! Sure they'll give you a good deal on tires but they make it up in all the "fixes" they find during installs. I ended up with an additional $400 after I purchased my tires and install. read more

Here's how the story goes ... I first went to Graham Tire South after a visit to the Ford dealership, when I brought my 2001 Jaguar S-Type in to get it's brakes checked. The dealership told me I NEEDED new brake pads ASAP. So, I went shopping around. Midas was having a special on brake pads for $99. I called Graham who matched my price, got me in quicker and completely surprised me. When Graham called me, they told me my brake pads were fine AND never charged me a penny. I drove my car another 40,000 miles without replacing the brake pads. Long story short ... I've been going there ever since. read more

Had a problem after purchasing new tires, tire low pressure sensor said low pressure. They spent almost 3 hours trying to reset my Chrysler computer to reset. I don't think most businesses would make this effort to please the customer. Very impressed! read more

Worst experience ever! They damaged my car during an oil change and refuse to take responsibility for it. There is NO way that I couldn't have noticed a bent driver's side door before I took it in! Now my car window whistles when I drive it. I didn't receive any sort of compensation for the damage or the time I wasted taking it in a second time. They didn't even apologize. Once this happened, I started hearing a lot of other people complaining about them too! There are tons of other places to take your car in Sioux Falls, don't go here! read more
