I WOULD say 3.5 because we did have a lot of people but I had to wait 2 hours for 12 wings. Food tasted like it was microwaved. The place is pretty clean and it feels nice but the problem was there was only one waiter. And of course I was the last person to get my food. Wow I couldn't even go in to have an experience before writing a review- walked to the restaurant because I expected they would be open on a Saturday night and because - their hours say they're open and nothing on Facebook about closing early nor is it a holiday. Kind of ridiculous they don't have a sign saying why they're closed- and why have your Facebook page as your website on google and Apple Maps if you're not going to post unforeseen early closes when it says that you're supposed to be open. read more

The bar staff and the waitresses are amazing at what they do. The cooks in the back can cook up some mean meals for sure. I recommend the smothered burrito with ground beef and also recommend apple crown with cranberry. Its dangerously amazing!!! What a pleasant experience! We drove 10 hours today and checked in to the Radisson at 7 pm knowing we still had to find a place to eat. This little pub is attached to the hotel! We got quick service and great food and drinks. And such a bonus to not have to go outside (or drive) to get to this place. It felt like a lot of local families were in to dine, and the table next to us was celebrating a graduation. You know it's consistently good if the locals come to eat. Clean and comfortable place. Nice wait staff. Wide variety on the menu. We had loaded potato skins, Swiss & guac BLT, fish and chips, loaded nachos and chicken parm. All tasted great! Their home made honey mustard dressing, home made chips and home made salsa are all a wonderful touch. read more

Cancelled the room due to crappy yelp restaurant reviews; ended up there anyways. Absolutely fast & friendly service; terrific food. We were super pleased. Well presented plates. Here from San Antonio. Came in during the snow storm the other day and glad that y'all were open. Easy going atmosphere, great service and generous portions. My son in law made reservations for Mother's Day for 2 pm. We got there at 1:35 and stood for 15 minutes with no help. I finally asked a server at 1:45 if we had reservations or not because the sign said seat yourself. He was very rude because it wasn't 2 pm yet. Out table for 11 finally got seated around a table for 6. The guy angrily brought us water at about 2:15. Never got silverware or linens. Server never came back. We left and went to Sugar Daddy's. My wife and I were staying next door at the hotel and I went to down to dinner at the restaurant. My wife wasn't feeling well and I went by myself on 7/13. The waitress was so welcoming to my boyfriend but when I asked for anything she would look at him and not at me. She would ignore me. She would ask him if he needed anything but not me. We were staying at the hotel next door on New Year's Eve and after reading reviews here decided to try it anyways. So glad we did! The steak bites salad was delicious! Drinks were strong! There was only one waitress and the bartender, both we're working as quickly as possible and were very friendly. We were very pleased with our experience! read more

The only thing this place has going for it is that you can walk to it from the country inn and suites in Dakota dunes without having to go outside. The food was mediocre and that's a generous description. And the service was mediocre or worse. The waitress never came back to refill our drinks. We waited forever before she took our order and again forever before she brought us the bill.Even with our 10% discount for staying at the country inn and suites, it wasn't worth it. Stayed at the Radisson Comfort Suite attached to this bar and grill overnight while traveling out west. The place was slammed and our bartender, Antonio, who just started in July, never missed a beat. He was amazing! The food was also delicious, had that jalapeno burger and fries, top notch kudos to the kitchen! I would highly recommend. Affordable prices and hot delicious food! Substandard at best. I started with the soup special, French Onion, which was heavy with black pepper. Before I was half finished with the soup, my main order was plopped down in front of me. I ordered a blackened bacon blue cheese burger, medium rare. What I got was a dried out piece of shoe leather, over cooked (see photo). I would have brought it to the attention of my server, but I was abandoned though I was the only person sitting at the bar. In fact, the entire time I was there, I never received a refill of my iced tea. Had to ask for a set up and when I asked for my check, I was treated like I was an inconvenience! We stopped in at Graham's after we were given coupons by the hotel we were staying at. Our drinks were so watered down and heavily chlorinated that they were borderline undrinkable. The food was decent. My husbands French onion soup had a pleasant flavor. My pasta was cooked nicely but the Alfredo sauce tasted like a jar of Ragu. The cut of chicken in the pasta was very fatty and inedible. Our server was nice though. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. When we were passing back through the area we chose somewhere else to eat. read more

I've been there twice and had good service. The food I had was ok, the pineapple chicken wrap was delicious and the French onion soup was acceptable, if not remarkable. I've also had their version of a Philly steak sandwich which was pleasing. I like the atmosphere and the background music...a great selection of classic rock and pop, played at exactly the right volume. I have ate here quite a few times ..... many menu options love that i dont have to drive far for a good pasta or steak, also good lunch options, love all the sandwiches and wraps. Came here for a retirement party there room on the side was great perfect for small parties and or a rehersal dinner. Bartender is great his drinks are spot on !! My husband and I were staying at the Country Inn and decided to come here since the hotel gave us a coupon. My pesto pasta was ok, but the pasta and shrimp we're pretty much swimming in sauce. The service was even worse. Our server constantly disappeared and was never around until we absolutely needed her at the end. Every time we looked over she was at the bar talking with her coworkers. Graham's has so much potential, but fails to live up to it. The food is GOOD, seasoned well and an appropriate sized menu and large portions. But, they really need to work on service and speed. If you go in for lunch, you better plan on spending your entire hour there, to include the mad push to get out the door and get someone to take your money so you can get back to work. Maybe they staff the place better at dinner, or at least I hope they do. My advice is not to go there if you have any place to be for quite a while after. read more

Came here only because the club I belong to picked it for a group gathering. I ordered the prime rib which looked good but had a gamey taste to it and was grissly and tough. It was the one and only time I did not finish my prime rib, over half of it went untouched. The service was average. I will drive to Anthon,IA to the Fireside Inn or Cody's in Elk Point,SD for prime rib before I go to Grahams. read more

So I have been staying at the Country Inn and thought I would try Graham's since it is so conveniently located connected to the hotel and all. Well I should have gone to the gas station next door. I got a burger and fries. The burger tasted like one you get from Burger King with that nasty charbroiled taste infused into it and it was probably at least 50% fat. The overall appearance and customer service of the restaurant was fairly nice leaving us highly anticipated to try the food. And by the looks of the prices on the menu, we made the sad mistake of expecting more than we got.
