Found this spot while visiting Huntsville and I was happy to find somewhere healthy in the area. The service was ok, I wasn't greeted upon walking in and I actually ended up greeting the cashier first. I think she may have been new, as I wanted a salad they had on their website but was not listed on the menu in-store. Someone helped with my request, and I was able to get the Brussel salad. They didn't have the pecans so $1 was taken off the price which was nice. The salad was good but the Brussels were huge! I thought they would come shaved or at least smaller and the restaurant didn't have knives. Luckily the Brussels were roasted well and not hard. The salad was good! Used to be Chop Chop when I lived here. Now it's Chop and Fresh. Same as before and just as good! Simple concept, similar to other places. Choose your green base (kale arugula spinach mixed etc...) and then just go crazy adding whatever you want. It isn't limitless but you have loads of options before the price gets too high I got a Mexican Elote bowl $13. Added sweet potato for an extra .50. And added red pepper flakes for a kick. They only thing warms is the quinoa or rice and the meat. And I did t see any toaster or warmer to warm and if the add ins. I chose quinoa AND wild rice and had them mix ALL the ingredients in a big bowl rather than as "toppings" like in a poke bowl Delish! Fresh and healthy. I was totally happy! I was a bit apprehensive about paying double digits for a salad (and even questioning my sanity when I picked up a kombucha after finding out about the price) at first, but ended up eating the best salad I have ever tasted in my life! I was slightly overwhelmed by the abundance of options and wished that I would have slowed down to read through some of their menu options. Instead, I opted to make my own. Don't get me wrong, it was super tasty. Just not as outside of my comfort zone as some of their menu choices. They have lots of options for greens, toppings, and dressings. While the salads will have you shelling out double digits, note that they are ginormous! I camped out with my laptop to get some work done and had no problem finding an outlet and connecting to wifi. First time here. Really small establishment. It wouldn't be idea for groups. We visited around lunch and there wasn't much room for sitting or those coming in to place orders. The ordering set up is much similar to Chipotle, Pieology and other modern establishments. The food is prepared in front of you. Small menu with calories and ingredients listed. I ended up trying to Wholly Molly Salad and my colleague tried the Cobb Boom Salad. They ask you if you'd like light, medium or heavy dressing. Ingredients are placed in a bowl, dressing added and then they'll mix it all up and put it into a plastic container. Don't let the size of the container make you second-guess the quantity of the salad (like me, lol) because it's a huge portion once you dig into the goodness. It was very filling indeed. Ingredients were SUPER fresh and I absolutely loved the Cilantro Lime Jalapeno dressing. Awesomesauce. It had some twang to it but not overly tart. My salad was less than 600 calories and I was stuffed. I sampled a bit of the Cobb Boom Salad from my colleague and it was delicious as well. Courteous staff. The place felt and looked clean. I'll definitely be back. *= I would have given 5 stars BUT they didn't have any tomatoes during lunch time. The young lady told us that they ran out. I absolutely love chopchop and I always stop by whenever I'm in town. Chopchop is similar to a subway or chipotle, but for salads. All of their ingredients are super fresh, and they have a huge variety of toppings available as well. They have amazing options for different salads there, as well as a build your own option. I love how I'm able to get a filling and healthy meal that won't make me feel gross afterwards. My favorite is their wholey-moley salad. The flavors in the salad are extremely balanced, and I'm obsessed with their lime cilantro jalapeno vinaigrette. One thing that impressed me was that they asked what level of dressing I wanted. The attention to detail impressed me, and the staff are always been super attentive and helpful. Their space is a little smaller, but it's definitely very open and aesthetic, and they have a patio seating area out front as well. I ask if I can add an egg (The menu says $1) & after looking at their premium add ons (aka what they'll charge extra for) I see no mention of blueberries. So I ask if I can add that too. I get to check out. Egg $1. Blueberries $2. For the price of a pint of blueberries at a store, I got a small spoon of blueberries? I asked them to show me on the menu, and they said 'oh, seasonally it sometimes goes away as being shown as a charged extra on the menu.' So let me get this straight, it wasn't on your sign as being a charged extra, at no point before making the salad is it noted that it's extra and it's a higher charge than some added protein, and it was a small spoon full? Visited this place about two weeks ago! I was thoroughly pleased. I wanted to eat something healthy/not loaded with sodium and heard about ChopChop from my church pastor. Upon walking in on a Friday night, they were about 30 minutes from close and yet chose to still serve me. Since I hadn't been there before, the gentleman assisting was extremely patient with me. I opted to order a custom salad with mixed greens, kale, arugula, chicken, broccoli, peppers, and I may be missing one more thing. For the salad dressing I chose a mix of their balsamic vinaigrette and their chipotle dressing. The gentleman servicing me allowed me to taste the dressings combined before adding them to my salad; Soooooooo good. Needless to say, I went back the next day to purchase another salad, this time ordering salmon instead of chicken. Lol! I also ordered one of their bottled fruit juices, but I didn't like it at all. This place can be a little on the expensive side; each topping I believe is about 0.50 each. It's highly possible for you to pay at LEAST $10 for a salad. But I like to think that it's worth it for the service and the taste. My salad was also quite filling. Will definitely make this a regular meal spot. read more

You absolutely cannot beat the freshness of the ingredients or the time/energy/thought the staff puts into every salad and greeting every customer. The only other place that even comes close to the standard of hospitality of CC, is Chick-fil-a. All the dressings are fresh and made in house, the falafel is the best i've had in my life. you won't find fluffier quinoa and farro or softer sweet potatoes. This is the real deal, y'all. Tre staff was very friendly and explained the menu to me in extensive detail since I told them it was my first time. I made a custom salad with Spanish, goat cheese,Avocado, roasted chicken, Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, corn and broccoli. No dressing just 1 lemon squished and salt and pepper. Total ending price $12.10. Everything tasted really good. Everything was fresh and the avocado was ripe to perfection. You can tell a lot from a place depending on their avocado. I do believe the portions are too big. Even though I am eating healthy food not sure how many calories I actually consumed since it was a custom salad. They do have a few variations of saladas with the calorie count which is helpful for those trying to make better choices. The place has limited seating. Not great for a group of 5 or more but an awesome intimate lunch date for two or three tops. The decoration is simple and I love the quotes. I like the fact that they don't sell soda. Went here for the first time and loved this place. It's kind of hipster-ish, with a somewhat smaller menu and décor reminds me of a Chipotle type spot. Food was for the most part healthy, and all of the produce was fresh. I had the wholey moley salad, with chicken, avocado, grape tomatoes, red onion, tortilla strips and homemade cilantro lime jalapeno dressing. It was fantastic. Loved that they asked how much (light, normal, or heavy) dressing that I wanted. Also love that they post the caloric information on their menu.
