Definitely need a crash course in customer service but they were super knowledgeable. They answered all my questions abt the bowls and the smoothies. I had one of their açaí bowls. I love their açaí bowls, they are always delicious and the fruit is always the best! The only reason for the 3 stars is on my visit today, they "ran out" of açaí and it had to be made so they were extremely behind in orders. Unfortunately, it took 40 minutes to get a couple açaí bowls. read more

I ordered a salad 40 minutes ago for TOGO, I just got it and it is a wrap. I don't even feel like fighting after the wait. I am now late to my nail appointment when I got here with a good amount of time to eat. After the wait, I expected everything to be correct but instead I was given a mediocre wrap when I ordered a salad. Gaby who helped me was nice but definitely took her time. There were two customers ahead of me which is fine okay but there was two other workers and two customers doesn't mean a 40 minute wait. First time trying grain and berry me and my fiance were excited. We both got the 2 toasts for $12 which is already high for what it is. We got it to go and waited almost 30 minutes even though there was only one other person eating there and 3 employees working. Once we got our food we were put off by how small the portions were. The bread itself is very tiny then the toppings are very skimpy. There was also missing ingredient from my pieces in general. So glad to see another smoothie and açaí place open up. My family and I, especially my little boy is always trying to cool down with a smoothie or açaí bowl with our hot Florida days. We ordered 4 açaí bowls on our first visit. Service was excellent, my server was attentive and polite. There were other workers on specific duties behind the bar. The food is prepared in front of you, you can see a lot of fresh fruit. There's plenty of tables inside, options of high and low top tables. This opened up behind where I work and I'm so happy it's here! My bowl was packed full of fruit the juice was delicious. I hope this place stays! If it was possible to give 4.5 stars I would have - but rounded up because I think with a few little tweaks it would be perfect. The granola in the bowl tasted a little stale, maybe a bad batch, maybe it would be better toasted, next time I wouldn't add it. The to-go spoon is tiny and weak, the smoothie is so thick that the spoon does not get into it. I know it's silly but I think investing in some good spoons would really kick up the experience. It was completely empty and they were fully staffed, the bowl was made quickly but the juice took forever. I prefer a pitaya bowl so I got that and enjoyed the texture and flavor, the fruit was so fresh they literally cut the banana up in front of me. They had quite a few toasts to pick from, as well as meat alternatives. As someone who now has a toddler, I really appreciate seeing places with high chairs! I look forward to going back! read more

If you are craving a delicious chicken Caesar wrap than you've got to check this place out. I tried their Mighty Caesar Wrap and I was blown away. The wrap was MASSIVE. I could only eat half of it and I was stuffed. Everything was so fresh and it had a ton of flavor. It comes with plant based chicken which I was skeptical about but I honestly could not taste the difference. I'll definitely be coming back to get this wrap again and trying their other menu items. The ambience is great, lots of group seating. The food is okay, but I've only been there once--I got an açaí bowl and it was alright, the base just had a funny flavor that I've never tasted anywhere else. Maybe they just put a different ingredient in the açaí than other places do. I got the signature bowl, the one with Nutella, peanut butter, and fruit. The top part was delicious but as soon as I tasted the base, I couldn't really finish it--it just tasted sort of sour/off, I'm not sure how to describe it. The people working there seem pretty nice but it took a while to get the food, probably about 20 minutes when there were only a handful of other customers. For what it's worth, the food looked so pretty and they packed it full with fruit. I'll definitely go back but I wasn't super impressed with the food on my first try. read more
