I run into the other big residential property managers there constantly as we are all getting more keys made because there is no substitute for a cut-and-buff from Ace Hardware. Unless it's a car key, then go to AutoZone straight across the street. e.g. the public storage owner across the street is just one more landlord with 50+ residential properties in the Village of Lockport. And the receipt price is not what you actually paid because they ask if you want to receive special offers by signing-up. These are BOGOs with steep discounts on the first item. They are also your recycle batteries etc guys. They have those brand-new Ace Hardware buckets that I buy a bunch of as shopping bags. When I show up ASAP on a call with the materials that I suspect and a dozen W. W. Granger catalogs they know that I am professional grade, that I can be trusted Spiritually, that I will do the job in A Workman Like Manner.

We have never been so impressed with a company as we are with GMD Surfaces. They called to set the measurement appointment. The man came out right on time. Did his work and even took time to answer my questions. Within two weeks GMD called back to set the installation date. Two men came out and within 35 minutes the countertop was installed, grouted, and all debris removed. The countertop is beautiful and sets off the bathroom perfectly.
