We purchased a refrigerator-sized cooler for only $69 We also picked out a new refrigerator as we had to throw all of our food away it is spoiled and unsafe to eat We shall notify Menards when we have power again I believe that it is helpful to know: - They deliver and install a refrigerator next day for $130 - it is least expensive to purchase a floor model or any refrigerator that they have in stock - for an additional $30 they will install a water line for ice and cold water We did not use this option as we have nice silicone ice cube trays for $5 from Amazon and I only drink room temperature water (I am healthy due to my Hindu beliefs such as taking baths only etc etc) We chose an inexpensive floor model we do not need anything fancy We also purchased a nice cooler - i got ice at the local gas station So while I hope nobody ever needs this information, Menards is there if you do ABT appliances are overpriced and and the installation costs a small fortune - i price compared everywhere online PRO TIP - your current refrigerator has a sticker inside that you may photograph it states the dimensions (size, width etc) to buy a proper replacement that fits inside your kitchen (I know this since the 70s from my dearly departed Dad) I am proud of my husband he grabbed some $1 Lemon Oreos and put them.back due to his obesity

I was told it would be another 10 days before the stuff came in. 10 days later, I called to find out the status of my boards. Was told they weren't "on the truck" from the manufacturer, but that they'd come in on the truck the next week to be delivered the next day. A week later, on my delivery day, I called to find out when my delivery might arrive as I had received no call indicating a delivery window. Was told the stuff had not come in after all - again, no call to let me know this. I contacted the manufacturer directly, who told me my order had been delivered to Hines two days earlier. Called Hines and was told, yes, they did have my items and would deliver that day. Never came. I am now told it will be here this morning by 9:30 am. We'll see. Unacceptable situation. There was NEVER any outreach to me to let me know the status of my order. Messages were NEVER returned. I asked to speak to the manager, Pat, and was told he would call me. He NEVER called. I will never order anything from these people again.

Huge security problems in one building that have been ongoing for over 4 months. Forth claims it is…read more"being addressed". I see no signs of that. In fact, one person was sleeping on a foam pad underneath the stairwell. Food was found around the pad. I know as I was told to remove the pad after showing it to an Assn Elder: his edict to Forth to move the pad did not result in action. Many many large pit bulls in one building as a result of the lack of security. altho their size is banned by Assn Rules, which appear to be very malleable. Assn told me they would check out the noise problem but thinks it is far too late to enforce their size ban. And only one Pit is a real noise problem. Dog urine in elevator as a result of this, but hey, at least the elevator has been working. At times it has been out for 3-4 days and sometimes a week. I love my landlord. I cannot say much of the Association. Forth is more concerned with proper channels so it can avoid facing these issues and its failure to address them as a management company.
