They tried to leave several cubic yards at the top of my driveway (after the delivery was 3 hours late, I had laborers waiting, and never got a delivery update). The delivery driver was a complete ass. I could not have my delivery blocking my cars in. I mean, WTF??? He even laughed in my face, which was so contemptuous and caused and argument and then left without doing the delivery. The previous delivery was on the side, no problem. Apparently only THEIR time matters. Customers are disposable. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I try to support local businesses, but the sloppy, snotty whatever their bad attitude of the day is... well, just plain WOW! She teaches children from age 4 up to adults. She loves teaching, enjoys each child as she teaches them and is so kind with a very warm personality. My daughter is in her 3rd year with Kasandra, is 13 yo and moving to Suzuki book 4 next month. Kasandra also has given hours of her own time to help us find a full size violin, by taking them home with her to play at night. She then gives us a full honest review of the violin and her recommendation of the violin's quality. My daughter is playing beautifully and we love having Kasandra as her teacher.
