Under the previous ownership, there wasn't really an assigned manager role and employees were told how to handle customers asking for one. Apparently those expectations changed without being clearly communicated. This all came after a customer complained during a day when their phones literally weren't working properly. I've also been told another employee, who is autistic, was abruptly fired and wasn't even able to clearly explain why. For a nursery that's been around for over 50 years, it's sad seeing it go in this direction. I won't be supporting this place anymore and would recommend going elsewhere.

They gave me the runaround for weeks and then Karen told me me they wouldn't refund unless I dig up the plants to show them the dead roots. What? The plants never came up, I have no idea where to dig, and they'd be rotted out by now anyway. Karen is a poor representative of the company and this policy makes no sense.
