The first thing of note was how good Patrick's quote was when he sent it to me. His pricing was fair, and his detail and thorough approach to making a proposal were top notch. Everything was in it...including diagrams and photos. He does a complete breakdown of labor and hardware costs so you can tell what you are getting for your money. If, like me, you are providing the cameras or NVR, he helps you understand where your part ends and his begins. He also was very quick to get back to me and keep in contact as I was making my decision between him an other vendors. In the end, obviously I went with Patrick...and his price was not the lowest in fact. His professionalism was what tilted me in his direction. We made a few adjustments to the proposal so by the time he came in, there were almost no details left to work out. That is always a good sign. I'm very glad I made that decision. Hey and Indy did a great job taking care of our home as they worked. The camera's went up and they look as they they were originally a part of the house design. The doorbell also looks original. It's impressive and laughable if it was not so frustrating. The technician cancelled the morning of the appointment. When I tried to cancel the service, the only option was to select a new appointment time. The times did not work for me, but because I selected "choose another appointment" I was charged a cancellation fee...even though the company cancelled the appointment. I was charged both a cancellation fee and a subscription fee despite never having received the service. Numerous emails later trying to rectify this issue, the company will not give me a refund. There is no benefit to working with this company and I only detail this to help others avoid the frustration this company will inevitably put you through.

The owner of Maddox AV valued quality in the same way I do (hidden cables, color matching, clean work) and was creative in coming up with solutions to conceal wiring and run wires through the walls of our complex deck house. Communication is awesome. The team is great. Pricing is fair and reasonable. I highly recommend for any AV needs. We used them for mounting our TV, installing outdoor Sonos speakers and wiring, running ethernet to security cameras, and wiring up the routers/access points.
