Hello everyone reaching out to potential buyers.Just had a bad experience. Purchased cabinets for my kitchen .First of all panels fronts ,sides, back not cut to proper length .The 2$ a day laborer at the factory in Vietnam never took a router machine course and adjustment to adjust that router so router joints leave gaps when put together, 1/8 gaps along outside and inside panels.Would also like to clarify that dovetail joints on drawers don't line up. Customer adjustments for returns wasn't properly explained to me when I bought cabinets in first place so I could realize proper return.Just remember you get exactly what you pay for .Cheap crappy cabinets mean lower price I guess.I am tired of salesmen pressuring me to give a good yelp review so I can get a discount. read more

My family recently decided to renovate the kitchen (long story... started with the fridge breaking on us and ended up being a few thousand dollar remodel haha), and working with Granada was the easiest part of getting it done. We had previously worked with them a couple years ago, but we've moved since. The experience with them was so good that we decided to go back to them again this time. We picked out a countertop and cabinets, and they handled the tear down and installation. The crew was extremely considerate - laying down cardboard on our floors so they wouldn't get it dirty when they between the kitchen and the door. They even helped us change out one of the drawers part of the way through the process when we realized that it wouldn't fit the way we imagined it. read more

Love the staff here! Very friendly, quick, and efficient! Howard the manager is young and super chill and very good at his job. Julissa helped me design my kitchen and order all the cabinets, sink & flooring and the pricing was great! I went back to order more as I made revisions, and she was helpful and flexible each time to accommodate my requests. The loading crew is awesome as well, they're thorough to check your invoice to get you the right items and also very quick! I've made several referrals already to my friends and fellow contractors. Don't judge a book by its cover, it looks like a small mom & pop shop when you walk in, but these people know what they're doing and are good at their job! They have a diverse group on staff who can speak multiple languages (Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, etc). I'm shopping for kitchen cabinets, countertops & flooring and visited Granada Kitchen & Flooring in Anaheim. Before visiting their showroom, I phoned to get an idea as to whether or not it might be worth the trip (from L.A. to Anaheim on a hot weekend). I spoke with one of their salespersons, (i..e. Julissa) who carefully listened to why I was calling, and in response communicated with me effortlessly and thoroughly, and so I took the drive. Upon arrival I was relieved to see that they had a rather large showroom with many varieties of cabinet style, color, countertop slabs and flooring. Even though the store was full of customers, so it did get quite noisy and distracting - but- my Salesperson did not lose focus as to why I was there and that really helped me not to get distracted. Julissa demonstrated great patience and knowledge about the vast variety of kitchen & flooring products and sent me home with more than enough samples to mull over in my home. It was a long, hot day and to my surprise by the time I got home, Julissa had already emailed me a birds' eye-view rendering of my kitchen layout with the appropriate size cabinets and features I had discussed with her! That really impressed me and made me feel like a valued customer. Overall, the staff at Granada Kitchen & Flooring in Anaheim were attentive, polite, patient and thorough and a large enough showroom/warehouse. I need some new kitchen cabinets for my rental unit. Granada was highly recommended by a friend. He bought from Granada before and was extremely happy with the service and the price and he is still raving about it. I showed up at the Anaheim showroom/warehouse and they have a lot of different styles and colors of cabinets & granite countertops to choose from. I picked the red Cherry wood to pair with Butterfly Green granite top. They are beautiful. They have their own factory in China making the cabinets so they are very competitive in pricing. They have a big warehouse behind the showroom so they have almost everything in stock. Granada is a one stop shop. In additional to cabinets and granites, they also carry floorings, kitchen sinks, faucets, cabinet handles and other things. They came to our rental unit to take the measurements and draw up the design for us. They have their own installers. They demolished our old cabinets, hauled them away and install new ones. They are quick and professional. They kept the mess to the minimum and clean up after themselves at the end of each day. My tenant are very happy with the installers. They did a great job on the cabinets. They look amazing! They gave us a great deal on the whole package. The solid cherry wood cabinets and the expensive looking granite tops are about 40% cheaper than the other local cabinet stores.
