Well, this was on awesome find on a Saturday night at midnight! A kid got sick and I could not stand to let it go overnight. The only time I go to a laundromat is to wash my comforters, and I use the one closest to my house, which closes early. I found this place which was only a mile away from the other one, but open 24 hours, with fairly new machines, AND clean. There was a guy working here and he cleaned every washing machine after people used it. I bought a laundry card so I don't have to mess with that change. Plus, next time all the comforters need cleaned, they are already paid for. What more could anyone want in a laundromat? Clean, safe, and convenient! read more

I have been coming to have my laundry done here for 7 years , Anna has always been very helpful and she has also kept my clothes very nice. Mom is in a rehab facility in North Hills and my travel clothes are uber stinky so... I Yelped "laundry" and "WiFi" and voila-Granada! They use cards here which are confusing for those who haven't used a laundromat in a while. And whoever took those photos of the monster washers, yes, they are huge AND sound like a jet about to take off. Holy cow! Place is clean and relatively uncrowded on at 7pm on a Saturday night. There's free WiFi, Mexican food and a Brazilian market to keep you occupied whilst you wash. The attendant is SO friendly and helpful, five stars for sure! Honestly I hate washing, it's so tedious, however, when I come here I just put on my headphones and I feel in my happy place. It's so empty here if you come around Mon - Thur 12-6pm. Everything is done by a laundry card so no quarters which sucks cause I have a bunch at home. No biggie thou the cards give you rewards the more you use them, like $2 dollars back on your card. Which comes in handy. I don't know why but I enjoy coming here. It's so dead here, and children free(usually kids just run around and get annoying) here I just put in my head phones and I feel so relaxed. I've been coming to Granada Laundry for a while now. I've waited to do a review just to see how they compare to other like businesses. All I can tell you is this is the cleanest, friendliest best maintained facility I have been too. The employees and owner are always easy to work with and help you with any questions. They keep all the machines maintained so you have the pick of the crop when you come in. They offer a laundry card which is super convenient. If you forget laundry detergent or dryer sheets, you can buy from them or out of their vending machine. When you put $20 on your laundry card they give you a $2 bonus and you get entered into a monthly drawing. I just noticed today they also track points on the machine that reloads the laundry cards. I'm not sure what you get once you have enough points but I will soon find out. They have washers that hold 8 loads of laundry so you can pretty much go crazy. They have a few dryers that hold 80lbs of laundry, it's super helpful when you use the 8 load washers. If you don't have time to do your own laundry they offer services to do your laundry for you. I've also noticed they have weekly specials depending on the time and day you go. If you are looking for a great laundromat look no further Granada Laundry will always be my go to laundromat. read more

Boy! Am I impressed! This is what a laundromat should be. I generally hate laundromats, for all the reasons to hate them. I had to do two HUGE loads. Had to come on a Saturday morning. Both are usual reasons to hate laundry days. Not this time!!! Clean, neat, well attended, machines AND baskets for every one. Huge restroom that's was also clean and quite okay to use. WOW!!! If I had to find something to improve, it would be the parking. Small lot shared by quite a few businesses. You can use your credit card to load a "laundry card." Our family had over 330lbs of laundry built up that we desperately needed washed.. Granada Laundry came and picked it up from our house and brought it back the next morning, early. The folding of the clothes were SO precise and clean! Even though it cost us a grip of money, we are satisfied with the job done! Customer service was amazing. I like that it is 24/7 7 days a week, and that it is a small laundromat so no overcrowding, prices aren't the best I think a bit overpriced than other laundromats locally,... do to the small amount of water used in the washers and higher priced dryers that actually don't dry ...the dryer can be put to run for 1 hour and it'll come out moist. Besides that I'm paying overpriced dryers it actually doesn't dry in 40-1 hour run... I have a dryer at home which would save me everytime but the whole point of coming here it's to get my comforters/pillows/clothes/etc done all at once rather than by loads at home my small dryer dried the clothes/comforters/pillows faster than the large "industrial" size dryers at this facility even after 1 hour running ... unfortunately I gave too many times this business an opportunity and although maintenance offered to run the dryer one more time to let it dry-dry I started to question the theory of getting one free dryer run yet pay much more than somewhere else and have to stay longer for it to still be moist?... now i cut my time in half and actually am home relaxing faster with my new go to place.. allll my stuff dries in 30 minutes and for half of the price. Another reason I got frustrated with this business Is the very compacted small parking lot with two restaurants fighting the parking space ... it's best at midnight hours to find parking (just some advice). read more

During this pandemic this location seems to not care about the issue at hand. They have a sign that states everyone must wear a mask while in the establishment and yet their customers as well as their employees are not wearing one. I mentioned this to the employee working and they shrugged in a lack of concernment. This should be a form of bio-warfare due to negligence and if anyone that attends this location gets sick should consider calling legal aid to find a lawyer. read more

I would come back here cause I can't stand washing my clothes at the laundry but I especially can't stand dirty smelly washers. So I yelped found this place and I liked it. I always like coming here to do my laundry but today was a horrible experience I will definitely think about coming here again to start off with a lot of the washers are out of service and I'm not talking about 1 or 2 literally like more than 10 of them and to top that off I put softener on one of the that worked and it was a big one for my bed sheets and Conforter and the signer did not dispense wth I'm so pissed now my sheets are not going to smell good and my softener is wasted wow wth is going on with his establishment they def need to put in work and make it better the guy that works here made my experience a lil better by helping me out with all the issues but I'm def disappointed read more

Parking is a joke. The card instead of coin system is inconvenient and greedy. Says there's free wifi, there's no wifi. The two times I've come here and planned my day around how much time is needed to get everything done, one of the washers I was using malfunctioned BOTH times, and had to move my things to a different washer, and do an entire other 25 minute cycle because mine didn't do spin cycles, leaving my loads soaked and no option to just redo a spin cycle. So not only did each time throw my plans off by about 40 minutes, I was offered no compensation for the inconvenience either time. This place is awful. read more

Uses magstripe cards - which is kind of a pain - you either have to go back and forth to the machine to add more money, or your are effectively pre-paying for services you might not use. Other than that - good number of machines, and looked like a clean place. I used one of the '8 load' machines to wash a comforter and blanket at the same time, and there was still lots of free space. Went to do some late night laundry. This location is open late on the weekend, which is great because you miss the crowd the later you go. They have plenty of machines and dryers, a couple of t.v.'s, vending machines and some video games. Air conditioning, Little tables and benches and FREE WIFI. A little slow on the speed but hey, better than nothing. Helped my time fly by! The regular one load washing machines have a HUGE capacity, more like 2 loads and is only $1.50/wash. The dryers are 30cents/15 min. So I was out of there spending less than $4.00 for 2 loads of laundry. The reason for 4 stars, there were MANY broken washers and dryers with notes tapped on them. Four out of the seven of the regular capacity machines were broken. It seems the machines here are older and in need of repairs. The attendant was very helpful and nice BUT he didn't stop the kids from literally hanging on the dryers, opening and closing all of the dryer doors, jumping up on the washers (while mom just sat and text on her phone). Maybe thats why a lot of machines are broken?? Unruly bae baes?? The parking lot is tiny and tight! It wasnt an issue for me because I went so late but I can see it being a problem when the other businesses are open. I might go back if I do laundry again after 9pm. read more

My wife went here to do some washing and was treated very rudely by the woman who was on-duty. They also do not work with coins, only a pre-paid card -- my wife has no intention of ever returning, what am I going to do with this $10 mag-stripe card? They also claim they have wi-fi but they don't. They seem to consider themselves the finest laundromat in the Valley, but who needs the headache of rudeness? Only needed to go to a laundromat because my big bed comforter doesn't fit it my own washing machine. I would definitely come back to this place. It's kept clean and tidy. You have to use a laundry card that you load money onto and can use a credit/debit card to pay. I've never seen that before but I actually like it because I don't have to worry about getting quarters. I came here on a Saturday morning which I would not recommend, all machines were being used and I had to wait about 20/25 minutes for the 8 load washer. I got lucky on the dryer because someone had just unloaded and it was open. Parking is limited but I also got lucky because a car was just coming out when I was about to go in. The attendant guy was very helpful and nice. He helped me out when the machine was not reading my card. He also helped me out when he saw me struggling putting my comforters into the dryer. They have snack and drinks vending machines which I appreciated because I was starving! They also have soap dispensers in case you forgot yours. Overall, good first impression. It sucks when your home dryer is not working. My friend recommended me this place and since the one closest to my house sucks and clothes seemed like they weren't washed at all, I decided to come here instead. Parking is quite difficult since it's surrounded my restaurants. All the machines are big and newer compared to the one I used to go. Although they are quite more expensive, I don't mind paying, especially if you can get your clothes "WASHED" at the end. There's only 1 attendant but he's very nice and offered help. They have vending machines for snacks and drinks. They have tables and benches to sit while waiting, which is nice. I hope my dryer gets fixed soon so I don't have to do laundry outside home but if unlucky enough, I will definitely come back here. read more

I don't come here often but when I do the place is always clean, there is always an attendant, and there is always a washer/dryer available for me. There's plenty types of washers. They have extra large load washer ideal for comforters, bedsheets and blankets --$6.75/wash. Then there's regular loads for $2.74/wash. They also have top load washers but I don't really use those so I'm not sure how much they are. Dryers are extremely huge so to save money I'm sure you can put more than three loads of laundry into one dryer. Great place to do multiple loads of laundry at once. read more

How can I owner of this establishment feel that he is not responsible for a broken machine and then wants to state to me hes not responsible for his own machines breaking down which they never do I come here quite frequently and there's always a couple of growth machines as I have posted and on my social media have posted a complete video he proceeds to then tell me he is not responsible for the machines breaking down how is that this is your establishments me as the customer is supposed to be responsible for your machine to break down on top of that you have a person that works here who is not supplied with sufficient means to manage a place when hes here to have their machines re ran when there's clearly a problem I will never come back to this establishment again what his signs indicate is that he is not responsible for clothings being stolen damaged ripped or torn anything of that nature hes basically not responsible for your clothing but when a machine is fouled up he is responsible to fix that or to pay for you to wash again but to state to me you're not responsible is absolutely ridiculous this is your business your establishment that need you are responsible for read more

Let me just say that he was so helpful, even coming out to the car to help me unload the laundry. Showed me how to load the cash card and then work the machines. I recently changed my schedule and started coming here on weekend mornings. It gets really busy and the waiting time is unavoidable. The front desk Daniel is rude and not helpful. Most of the time I noticed he was just hanging out with women customers. I also noticed that he likes to chat and flirt with women (especially the ones with kids). When you'd ask the staff for help, it's almost impossible because they're there for their own interest. Most of the time there were no open carts because the customers there are selfish and cling on their carts (put their feet/personal belongings) even though their clothes were not ready. I have asked the cashier Daniel to help finding me cart and he carelessly answered there's no more carts! There was one cart in front of him with bags of laundry and when I asked he denied me. It was not the first time and it won't be the last. I feel that I've received no customer service and appreciation and I will never return. I hope the owner reads this because his staff are ruining his business and he doesn't know it. read more

I use to like this place. Parking is nightmare because its so limited parking for the plaza. This older hispanic woman she's so unhelpful. I messed up by put to much soap in the washer machine when it was done it still had soap suds left I told her thinking she could help me and her only response was "Um I think you put to much soap". Generally I only go to a Laundromat to wash a comforter or other large bulky items. Went there for my second time. This place is very clean with an extremely nice and helpful worker there to help you navigate their payment machine and commercial size washing machine. They have courtesy baskets to carry your load from your car which is specially handy with a large sized comforter in tow. Parking is fair , sometimes a challenge to find a spot, but overall a great place to do your laundry. read more

I really only use a laundromat a couple times a year when I have to use the large washers to wash my king-sized comforters and blankets. Today was one of those times. The problem is that I never know where to go and in my own neighborhood (Panorama City) the choices are kind of seedy and not anyplace I like to hang out. Today I stopped at one on Woodman and it looked like such a dump that I checked for other places nearby and came across Granada Laundry and went there instead. First of all, it was clean and there are LOTS of machines, including some super big ones that hold 8 loads. They're a little pricier than the other ones but it was nice to be able to wash both of my heavy comforters together. I liked that there is an attendant on duty to keep the place tidy (it was very clean) and to answer questions, even on a Sunday. I wasn't sure how to use their laundry card machine and the woman who was working there was very helpful and courteous. There is a nail salon nearby if you want a quick pedi, a Mexican restaurant right next door if you're hungry, and a 7-11 a couple of doors down if you need a snack or a magazine while you're waiting and with an attendant on duty I felt completely at ease walking to the 7-11 while my laundry was washing and I will definitely return to this laundry when it's time to wash my comforters again. read more
