The last 3 times my boyfriend & I have gone there, we weren't impressed. The 1st time, we were with a group & I went up to bowl, my boyfriend went to throw our food wrappers away & someone came by & threw away my newly opened beer (I had only taken 2 sips from it). When I went up to the front desk to ask about it, the older blonde lady got an attitude with me & said "well I asked & no one spoke up." I told her I was up bowling & my boyfriend had walked away. She rolled her eyes, huffed & went to get me a new beer. The 2nd time, it was a busier night but the bar server sat & talked with the tables around us & never came to our table. Then my boyfriend walked up to her & handed her his card & asked for another round but to then cash him out. She walked around with his card for about 30 mins. When I went & asked her what was taking so long, she said they were waiting on my drink but didn't bring his card back until my drink was ready, which was another 15-20 mins. The last time, it was not busy at all, again the bar server never came & asked if we needed anything. She sat behind us & scrolled on her phone for 20 mins, then went & talked to the kids 2 lanes down. My boyfriend went into the bar to get drinks & thr bartender told him they were "short staffed". When we went to leave, I went into the bar to close my tab & asked the bartender "are you guys short staffed today?" She said "no, we're actually really slow" I said "that's weird, cause we NEVER had a server come check on us." The bartender said "yeah, thats cause they're lazy & don't like to work". I stopped at the front desk & spoke to the younger, blonde female manager & let her know what took place. She asked what lane we were on & I let her know we were on lane 1 & she said "yeah, we've been having problems with the server in that area." I said "it's the dark haired, thicker girl" she just shook her head. I used to go to Richfield Lanes all the time when I was in my 20's & it has changed sooo much! This place is HUGE! There are so many lanes! We had almost no issues here. There was also an arcade here! There were vending machines around and overall just so much here. It was clean and tidy. I went here for a big bowling event so i'm not sure how the volume here normally is but when I was there it was quite loud. I also unsure about the price here. But overall this place is amazing! read more

Good bowling alley but the owners are face mask nazis... The female Owner came and told me to pull up my mask over my nose & if I didn't want to I should leave. I literally just got done drinking from my water bottle. So I was harassed while actually wearing a mask . I understand masks are enforced but to to be so RUDE is absolutely uncalled for. read more

Poor management and rude workers. Had to go there for a high school tournament. They wouldn't allow outside food and expected to feed all 300 people in this establishment within a half hour time. read more

My family came here for a celebration for my sons birthday. We paid $10 for all you can bowl. It lasted for 3 hours. We were moved twice but they graciously restarted our time because the move had nothing to do with us. We bowled three games and then we left. We ordered a few drinks and they were pretty nice with the prices. It was $4 for a 12oz Angry Orchard and $5 for Henny and AppleJuice----I think that was the crap that they were drinking, lol! The environment was super nice and we had a great time! The next time I'm in Flint (Not DURING THE WINTER), I'd definitely come here again. read more

I could not breath inside this moldy nasty smelling alley. I would never stay inside this place for longer than the second it took to smell whatever rain or snow damage rot inside. Do not go here if you have breathing problems or lung issues. read more

Its very frustrating that the owner was supposed to honor penny a pin on Sundays. Since they have closed down Nightingale Lanes they have only done it a couple of weeks since they took it over and you have to wait HOURS to bowl... So much for 11 to 5 every Sunday... Your a joke! read more

Love the youth bowling leagues. The after school program is great for the kids that might not get to try bowling. Love glow bowl and 9 pin no tap for the kids!!! Great staff and they make ya feel welcome. read more

Took our family to bowl a couple of frames. The staff was courteous and the atmosphere was fitting. We all had a good time and they had all the accommodations for our special needs bowlers too. That made the affair all the more special for our family. Looking forward to our next family bowling there. read more

Some fun was had at this bowling alley. It was clean, the music was bumping, and $9.00 got me 2 hours of bowling and shoe rental. They had a snack bar that I'll have to try next time and they weren't serving beer at the time but the girl at the front counter got us a couple to enjoy throughout the the night ($3.00 domestic bottles). It was a great place to cool off from the heat and chill for a bit. My sore body sure is regretting those 4 games I played, I need more practice!! read more

The lane 29 was broken and kept glitching. The arcade games kiss 1979 pinball game stole my money, the fuse ball game Stoll my money, and many of the other games were over priced. the bathrooms were disgusting. will not go back to this alley read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked my daughter's 5th birthday here and it was horrid. Our table was dirty, no one greeted us, it took an hour to get drinks, and hour and a half for pizza, and the 'extras' that we were suppose to get with our party package were given to us as an after thought when the party was over, after our guests had left. Our Party Host was absent through nearly our whole party and I had to walk out in street shoes to help kids bowl. We will never be going back, and I would never recommend anyone else to go either. read more

i had my son 3rd birthday gathering there on february 10th, 2019...the staff that work that day was very rude..especially the old lady at the counter..i was giving all different information then what i was told with the lady i booked with...when i booked i wasn't notified that it was a league coming in at 6...when i told them my party time 3-6..out of all the staff it was only 2 professional nice people...the other staff gave me & my party guess hell...even the young lady at the food counter..the man who came in while was they was rude...like i say it's not what you say..it's how you say it..& the way he said what he said..he might as well just took us to hurry up and get our shit and leave..that's how rude he was..i would rather deal with the staff that i booked with..they need better communication..& all staff need to be on the same page when giving information to customers..it felt like some was racist..thanks but no thanks read more
