Food can be better. Crawfish are frozen, not fresh. (There are plenty of companies that deliver LIVE seafood) None of the shrimp on my plate were clean. Poop sacks in them all. After reading the reviews I was skeptical about trying it out. But after I was quickly Sat I pretty much started this quest. I have to say it's pretty good for a Chinese buffet in Williston ND. Lol I'd pick this over most the restaurants here in town. So that being said I'm glad I didn't follow through on not coming. I'll have to add this to my list of places to eat. 0 stars. I saw mixed reviews of it being good and bad and said "heck, let me just try it out". When I go to buffets, I don't really care if they're not like 5 stars or AMAZING buffets like most people do as long as they have descent stuff and a variety of things. I'm usually okay with a mediocre 2 star buffet LOL. Anywho, I kid you not, everything I tried was disgusting. Over cooked, dry, tasteless. JUST NASTY. I get it's cheap, but even for the price it's not worth it. I honestly felt sick after each thing I tried. The only thing that was okay was the mushrooms, but it's kind of hard to mess that up. I'm really not being over dramatic because like I said, I'm okay with what people would call a "bad" buffet, but this wasn't bad. It was HORRIBLE. I legit felt sick for like 2-3 hours after I left. Horrible food I came here 30 min after opening that day. A lot of the food I had was vary dry like it was left out on the buffet for hours. So it prob was for the night before noodles wore also cold. I hope I don't get sick from eating here. read more

I am leaving this review solely based off of experience, not off of food. When we walked in, I had to go change my baby, who's five months old, and I was mortified to learn that they do not have a changing table. That left Me the option to take her back to my car or lay her on the floor of the bathroom or change her right in the dining room. Not very impressed. Then, as I was grabbing food from the line, I left her with my older child which I have done so many times before , I heard her start to cry, I rushed back and this random waitress wait touching her and poking her and bothering her. I was shocked! My baby wasn't crying when I left, she was obviously upset that some stranger was messing with her, she ignored my sons request to leave the baby alone. Needless to say I didn't get to finish my dining experience because I had to leave and care for my child. Really disappointed. I've never seen a waitress just walk up to someone's baby and start poking at them before. And the fact they have no changing table in the bathroom was awful. I have always been a fan of buffets. I was told when I moved here that this was the only one I would want to go too. I love this place. Only complaint is that sometimes you have to wait a while for more food to be refilled. I work late and most places are closing by nine 930. The grand buffet has been a dinner saver. Even though I get there late the buffet line looks fairly fresh am just glad they're there. The selection is very good considering folks it is Williston North Dakota.The staff is friendly and very efficient at keeping the place clean. It's a little tricky to drive through you have to drive through well the backside of a couple businesses and a hotel but it's actually attached to a hotel. I just like the place a good selection for late night dinner. read more

This is the best buffet at Williston so far. It is located inside the Home Place Lodge & Suite hotel. I can feel the difference when I first walked into this restaurant. They have crab legs, Shrimps, salmon, roast beef, sushi, and huge selection of fruits and dessert. Soups here are way better than the other Chinese buffet in town. I recommend the Spicy Chicken, Pineapple Chicken and salt pepper Shrimp. You will know!!! read more
