I took six shirts over there. They were supposed to be laundered and pressed light starch. @ $3.25 each = $19.50. When I went to pick them up, my bill was $32.27 or $5.37 x 6 shirts I asked why was I being billed so much. Their excuse was one of the shirts was a western shirt with pearl snaps. They told me something about the machines would get too hot and it would damage the pearl snaps. . Seems to me if that was true then they would dry clean the western shirt separately and not dry clean all six shirts. All I wanted was for the shirts to be washed and pressed, and they dry cleaned all of them and billed me. $32.27! I even asked for a senior discount and all he did was grin at me. No senior discounts at this place. Needless to say, I won't be going back for anything! None of those shirts should've been dry clean not even the western shirt. It could've been washed separately or they could've dealt with it without having to dry clean it. But they didn't just dry clean that when they dry cleaned all of the shirts that should've been just laundered. read more

Ray just commented how I was a "moocher" for taking the quote that his employee had given me. $10 to remove areas of paint from 5 clothing pieces. It's not like I made that amount up on my own. It was agreed upon when dropping off the clothes. They attempted on 2 pieces of clothing and the owner asked for $10 claiming they tried to remove the paint from all the clothes and "pressed and folded" them. Which was a lie! They did not press and fold nor attempt on all 5 pieces so why would I pay for something that was not done. When Ray heard from the employee that he only tried on 2 of the clothes and they couldn't remove the paint, he then said it was $8, which I paid. Ray decreasing the cost meant he understood that what he said wasn't true. Instead of apologizing or saying it was a misunderstanding, he just collected the money. And now you're doubling down and still not sorry for what happened. It was you who was taking advantage of your customer and harassing me to pay for services not completed. I was going to forget about this experience and move on... can't believe the audacity Ray has. It truly shows his character. Stay away from this business. read more

We've been using Grand for a couple of years and have always been very happy with their service. They have a drive up door as well as walk-in and pick-up service. They have always been quick in getting to the door in the mornings when I drop off and provided friendly service on the inside. But, more important for me, they do a great job with my two "must haves" for a dry cleaner. They can apply starch correctly and understand there is a difference between heavy and light. And they always take care of buttons. Before it is a just a nub, they've replaced it. They keep a close eye on them and get cracked and chipped buttons replaced.
