I tried them for the first time recently and was very pleased with the service. I dropped off my items in the morning and they were ready that evening. All of my clothes looked great at pickup. After almost 10 years of using this dry cleaners primarily due to its location and convenience we will now be making a change. Over the last period of time and I think new ownership the service has become very unreliable. They have an express drop off but rarely are there more than one worker and so you have to wait anyway. There used to be a bell that would ring and a second employee would come out and retrieve your drop off bag so you could pull around the car in front of you. Apparently that is no longer the case. Today after waiting way to long, I brought my bag in to drop it off and the man working was very rude and unprofessional. Angry at me for coming in. I expressed my concern about the service asked for the manager or owners name which he would not provide. That's the sign! Maybe it doesn't matter, but to me service is still important. Misleading. Bait 'n Switch. Their coupon has a QR code on it, but when you bring it in they say it must be printed. THEN PUT "must be printed" ON THE COUPON and get rid of the QR code. Best cleaners in Coppell/Lewisville area!!! Not only myself, but my friends and family have been coming to this cleaners for years and can't say enough good things about them. The management reminds me of how businesses use to be ran back in the day - they are genuine & sincere. They are what people now days refer to as "Mom & Pop" stores. The owner is very humble, fair and respectful which is demonstrated all the way down to their employees. Hands down the best services I've ever received at a dry cleaners. They speak english and greet me every time with a smile and how are you doing today and are actually sincere (unlike many other places these days). 1. One of my friends went in for dry cleaning for some slacks, slacks had a tear in the zipper and pocket that he did not no of. Their policy is that they will not perform any services on any clothing that has been damaged prior. They also have to contact the customer of the situation and get permission to do the dry cleaning. My friend was not contacted and 2 days later we return and find out our dry cleaning was not done, but in fact the pants have been untouched. The employee said we will have a forward balance to our account for the next time we return. Manager was not there at that time. 2. The next time I return to drop off some clothes and inform the employee that we have a forward balance that I would like to use. She informed me that there is no balance showing in their system. I pay for my services up front anyway and ask her when the manager is in so I can speak to him/her. She did not know. I return a day later to pick them up and ask for the manager- no manager again. 3. I return home with my clothes and notice they have not been properly steamed. Creases all over my cotton pants and shirts. Called the dry cleaners the next day and no manager again. Overall- very poor service, miscommunication, untrained employees, manager is missing every time, clothes aren't even done properly, very sloppy work. I've lived in lewisville for 2.5 years and have gone here only a handful number of times and every time I've had some issue. My family owned a dry cleaners and I know for a fact this is not good customer service or satisfaction. I recommend going to millennium cleaners on Hebron!! Amazing customer service! read more

I love this place! The employees are very friendly and they even know my name! (How Cool is that?) I drop my blouses off very often and I must say that I'm very pleased with the job they do! Even when I drop off a pair of jeans and I want no crease they do exactly that! There has NEVER been a time when I've been displeased by their service. I'm very disturbed by my last two visits and I need to speak with the owner. Twice when I have picked up and I was not notified that an item was not included. When I later inquired about a missing top, I was told it was sent off to a seamstress because it had torn. They failed to tell me this when I picked up the order and brought out another top that should have been part of my pickup!! Two tops that I paid good money for. And the one they brought out had a stain. Today, I go to pick up an order and they gave me a top that was supposed to be part of my second pick up. I asked why it was not included in the initial pickup and why I wasn't notified and I get excuses. On top of that I'm missing a business jacket and slacks. :-( read more

This place "lost" my dry cleaning years ago and I must say that I'm still bitter. I had dropped off about 20+ shirts and at least 10 pairs of pants (probably not a good idea to send such a big batch) most of which were purchased at BR (not cheap). They conveniently lost the newer ones (at least 10 of them) and the owner would only offer me $7 a shirt lost. Only after I threatened a lawsuit and got the BBB involved did he bump that up to $17 a shirt (not even close to what I paid for) but I just wanted the issue resolved so I settled it there. Worst dry cleaners ever. After taking a number of things here to get dry cleaned a $250 garment was missing(and we did not lose it). They then claimed we lost it (we didn't). I then spoke to the owner Bill, and he refused to take any responsibility for the lost item once again claiming we lost it. Another garment we received had lipstick on it. You may saying to yourself, "maybe they couldn't get that stain out", which would be ok, if the garment went to the cleaners with a lipstick stain, which it didn't because nobody in my family wears lipstick. I took 4 brand new shirts that were still in the package to be cleaned and pressed. My lavender and white shirts came back to me with stains from their machines. Twice this was pointed out by my associates at work. I would have noticed, but I put my dress shirts on straight off the cleaners hanger. I have called and spoken with an employee who told me that "she wouldn't even know what to say to me about my issue???" When I was hanging up my items that I just picked up, I noticed that all my items were still wrinkled, it looked as if they didn't even touch it! My sweaters were hanging on the wire hangers instead of being folded; needless to say they had the "hanger bump". Took all my items back for them to redo and requested that all my sweaters be folded on the hangers and tissue paper be put on the shoulders of my shirts. Went back to pick them up and none of that had been done, my sweaters look awful and I'm not sure if they know how to work with pleats b/c my skirts were not done properly. I called back to speak to a manager, the woman on the phone stated she would give him the message and then just hung up. She didn't ask for my number and I still have not heard from them.
