Worst service ever! You are better off washing your clothes yourself. Went an hour after they opened. Nobody came to the counter for more than 5 minutes. I called the store number. No answer. I really don't like leaving bad reviews. But! My husband dropped off three pairs of pants for a very reasonable $12 fee. However- the pants were not dry cleaned. All they did was press the legs of the pants. The pants were still dirty. The business its self has stacks of boxes in the front, plants with stagnant water and a bucket of water outside with a parking spot sign stuck in it. They use a spiral notebook for you to sign that you picked up your clothes... with cell phones listed. This place is also listed on yelp as 1.49 cleaners. Rude, overpriced, unorganized, and cluttered... as soon as I stepped in the red flags hit me at the door. Clothes are everywhere, even in the front of the store. There was no customer service and neither the man or woman actually looked at me. I didn't end up leaving my clothes because they wanted to charge me $8 to dry clean each piece. Horrible customer service! I periodically bring my clothes here to be dry cleaned. The lady that owns the cleaners is most of the time rude and very short. Well, today is my last time bringing anything to this cleaners. Enough is enough! I brought 3 pair of pants on a Monday afternoon. It's the Monday before Thanksgiving. I paid for the dry cleaning which I should have inquired about the pickup time before paying. After I paid, I asked when could I pick up the clothes. She said Wednesday. I asked her if I could pick them up tomorrow, Tuesday because I was going out of town on Wednesday morning. She started talking loud and rambling. I told her if I couldn't get them back the next day that I would have to get my clothes back. She said in a loud and rude tone ok ok you can get the clothes back tomorrow. However, as she threw the clothes in the clothes container I heard her say stupid. I asked her what did she say. She said nothing. At that point, I had it with this lady constant rudeness! I asked her to credit my card back and give me my clothes. Instead of crediting my card , she took the money out of the cash drawer and threw it on the counter AND told me don't come back here no more. Nerve! I told her I would never come back not because she told but because she is a rudeness and disrespectful. Again, this is not my first visit here. My family and I have been coming to this cleaners for a while. Normally we just ignore her rudeness and just try to rationalize that maybe she's having a bad day. Rude rude rude!!! These owners are very mean, rude and the customer service is poor. I went in to pick up a coat that was there but I couldn't locate my ticket. I was completely ignored when I went through the drive thru until I blew the horn. A short time after, the female owner then started talking to me through the glass door and didn't even step up close to the glass to greet or discuss the pickup. She told me to come inside. So, I went inside, the Asian male owner yelled at me several times while I was with my 3 year old daughter stating that they didn't have my item and that's he's never seen me there therefore I didn't have any clothes there. After talking and arguing with them and then myself and the owners both looking through tickets, they could not locate my item. They said they didn't know where it was because it was after 30 days and that they weren't responsible. I asked them what's the next step because I need my coat. The Asian female owner even had the audacity to talk directly to my child stating " your mommy is a liar." They claimed they no longer had my Ralph Lauren coat and offered that I go in the back and look for it myself. We went back and forth. Somehow, they mysteriously located it after I was so persistent and didn't accept their responses. I told them that I will be reporting them to the BBB. Very bad experience. In my 51 years of living, this is hands down the worst business I have ever been to. These are the rudest, most disrespectful people I have ever seen. They are abusive, combative and blame the customer for everything. They will scream at you and then say they don't care. Professionalism, Quality, Value After using this dry cleaners for twenty years (due to convenience not customer service or superior dry cleaning) I had an item missing in this week's dry cleaning that I picked up for my daughter. When I went in to ask if they could see if it was separated or someone brought back with their items, the male owner felt it necessary to yell at me. I asked him to please not yell as I was simply asking them to check. He proceed to yell at me so I politely said it is okay but I will no longer be a customer because of his treatment of me. STAY AWAY! They tore multiple holes in a cashmere sweater and then not only would not compensate me for the damage but accused me of having brought in a sweater full of holes, not dry cleaning it in the past, and neglecting my spouse by making them wear a damaged garment. Though I stayed calm, the woman behind the counter was immediately abusive. Also they do their very best not to honor the $1.59 price on their sign even when one jumps through all their hoops. Been going here for 15 years plus. Would have the occasional issue with a shirt but always taken care of. But the last visit 5 of 30 shirts had the same rust colored stain. When I went in to get them rewashed. The owner said it was my fault. I said Nope it has happened before please rewash them and she did except this time the rust color didn't come out. Went here 3x for the last couple of months. First time, the asian lady on the counter was rude. Did not smile and had an angry look on her face. No small talk either. Gave them the benefit of the doubt...maybe she was just having a bad day. So I tried them again... same lady...same attitude! Third time was my last. I finally asked her if she was mad and if she was like this towards all her customers. She said she wasn't mad...but she did not change her attitude or facial expression.
