Wasn't expecting anything amazing before coming here since reviews weren't that great, but thought I'd give this nail salon a shot anyways. I needed my acrylic overlay on my natural nails off and wanted to maybe a gel mani. I got an older male technician who was quiet. I felt the removal was a bit rough, felt as if one of my nails ripped and it did. I ended up picking a simple polish, no gel. I got maybe 2 coats but he missed some spots and I know my OCD would kill me if I didn't ask for another layer, so I did. I thanked him and he replied "Thank YOU" in a sarcastic way. I was told to sit near the fans for my nails to dry, so I did. He didn't say how long I should sit there and after 10 mins not one employee checked on me, the man was no where to be seen. Thank god I paid before he painted my nails so I just left. Bad service, plus my nails are all crooked. I knew I should've went to my usual spot! read more

This will now be my third time going here and I absolutely love it!! I got a pedicure for the first time today and I got the deluxe pedicure and it was AMAZING!!! They massage you for the longest time and the the hot wax leaves your feet so soft! I also got my brows waxed for the second time from here and they do a really great job!!! I think the staff is so nice as well! I had on a jumpsuit that's really flowy and one of the girls thought it was a dress and came by and gave me a towel to cover myself with which I thought was beyond nice of her! I paid $52 for deluxe pedicure and eye brow wax. $40 for pedicure and $12 for wax. This will now be my go to place! read more

Best nail salon experience I've ever had. I went in on Saturday morning after grabbing my Starbucks, and they greeted me right away and took me right in. Annabella was doing my nails, I got a full set, coffin shape with gel polish. Annabella was so sweet, she carried a conversation with me for most of my visit and did my nails beautifully! While Annabella was making my hands gorgeous, Maria was doing my toes. I can't remember what pedicure I picked but it came with exfoliating, parafin wax (my absolute fave!), hot towels, and a 15 min massage. Maria even set a timer to ensure I got the whole 15mins, and even continued after it went off! I can honestly say that nail salon was worth every penny and I'm looking forward to my next visit. The nails looked great not to many colors I have to say. Sweet lady's but we made an appointment last week and they took me right away but my mom had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come give her a manicure. The flies were ridiculous It felt like I was being attacked by flys. One lady walked out because of it and another kept asking to kill them. Today was the worst experience I've had. They completely disregarded what I said I wanted and did what they wanted. I was there for an hour and a half, and almost late to work because of it. I went in and said I wanted my nails powdered(even brought in a picture) and they tried to make me get shellac....& then tried to paint with regular nail polish. I was so upset. So she finally did what I wanted. But it was bad. I didn't have the time to sit and have them redone again. She missed quite a bit of my nail with the powder and my nails are super dry now. Worst nail job I have EVER gotten! Avoid this place! My mom and I had our nails done here today and we are both so unhappy. We have a wedding to go to and our nails look like we slapped some polish on at home while drunk. We left an hour ago and our polish is coming off! Not only is the polish ALREADY coming off but the lady painted my poor moms nails all the way up past her nail bed! There's even polish all over her palms! The massage that came with our manicures was literally 30 seconds each arm/hand. It was just awful! I will never come here again. Grand Nails is beautiful inside. Everything is spotless, modern and stylish, even the ceilings are pretty. So when you walk in you expect that such a lovely place will be soothing and relaxing but sadly for whatever reason both times I've been in there I was very rushed. First time I figured might have been a fluke. The girl was irritated that all I wanted was a non gel manicure and ended up having the receptionist finish painting my nails so she could move on to other customers. I paid and was never interested in returning. But of course the other day I found myself in a pinch. So I hoped it was a one time thing and gave it another shot. Long story short I felt very rushed and got a very bad manicure and pedicure. At one point I am spread out on the pedicure couch trying to balance the gel dryer in one hand while trying to keep my foot straight for the woman painting my toes. I looked like a Cathy cartoon. I said: maybe we can just hold off on the manicure, she's almost done. "No." Said the woman, "we're about to get really busy." Because of the awkward angle of the dryer I scuffed one of my nails and got scolded for not being more careful. She didn't even fix it, she just painted over it. So, all in all I have my pedicure looks okay but my nails are all uneven one nail is even cut at a slope. My manicure is even worse. I asked her to round the nails and she squared them. Because she had to go back and round them they are very short and she buffed them down so much that they are now brittle. The three week lasting gel has started to chip after two days and that lovely shine has now dulled, revealing every bump and scuff in my nails that the manicurist created. To top it off she didn't even manage to paint the entire nail. The edges are noticeably bare. I was so irritated when I left, because it was not a cheap experience. Plus she gave me attitude that I didn't tip as well as I could have. I won't be going back. read more

I should have stuck with my instinct, but my dip powder nails were removed incorrectly and now my nails are ruined. I immediately asked for the situation to be remedied and was told this is always the outcome with gel, acrylic, or dip powder nails. Perhaps at this salon that is true, but not so at all salons. The lady that did my pedicure was purely amazing. They came out adorable for my wedding, id recommend getting a pedi here. Mani however.. Was very unpleasant. 3 of my fingers were cut from the lady that was drilling my nails for my acrylics. Now ill have cut up fingers for my wedding. And she kept pushing me to spend 15 extra dollars to get gel nails. She was just in such a rush and it wasn't even busy. I don't usually type Yelp reviews, but I felt the need to say this. This has been the worst place I have ever been to. I felt like I was discriminated because of the color of my skin. They did not treat me the same as another person (of a different) race. They sat me all the way in the back when I asked about pricing, the price did not reflect what was in the chart. When I asked about colors, they gave me ONE nail chart to look at. When I told the gentlemen that my nail was filed crooked, he argued with me and told me "that's the way your nail is made" when I know it is not. I have been getting my nails done for years. When I went to pay, the lady told me it would be $45 but charged me $55. And when I told her about the price, she told me it was because of all these add on's that I did not agree to. ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS, the nails did not even last a week and a half. I ended up having to go and get them done. This is horrible, the worst customer service I have ever received. Absolute worst salon ever, they refused to fully complete my mother's pedicure because she's a diabetic. When I asked them to stop my pedicure and go somewhere else with her they charged me full price even when it wasn't completed! They didn't say anything us, they were just going to let my mother walk out uncomfortable but still charge full price of course.
