Just tried this place for the first time. I had an appointment. After waiting for over 15 minutes (for someone who never showed up), I left. I didn't think it was a very clean or inviting place. Between that and the no show for an appointment...won't be returning. read more

Very disappointed- tried to let them make it right- they did not. I made an appointment for a regular polish manicure. I also told the gentleman twice that I wanted regular polish and not gel. About a week later, I tried to take the polish off and realized that he had put gel on. I called to tell them what had happened and they reluctantly fit me in to get it removed. They never apologized on the phone or in person. Thankfully, I was not charged for the removal, but my nails were damaged with the tools they used. Also, I was charged for the manicure, and I noticed that the tech put the trimming tool she used back into the "clean tools" box even after she had cut my thumb with it. I will not be returning and recommend doing your own nails or going anywhere else (even though it is pretty easy to get a last minute appointment there). read more

I am not a first time reviewer -I usually wait and form an opinion to help others. Unfortunately, this is my third time of coming to this salon since I returned to the area. Each time, appointment or not, I am made to wait. This latest time, I was told to come back in 20 minutes so I did. I was told to sit down. After 10 more minutes was motioned to a chair but no one ever came to even put water in the basin. After 30 minutes, I got up to leave and they said "where you going"? Well, after an hour, I was going home. I have had the last two pedicures there and they were, after waiting, not that great so wasn't staying another 45 minutes to pay for substandard treatment. Highly recommend to not go here! I painted my fingernails while I got a pedicure just to see how the color looked and the lady said nothing, the manager said nothing and then when I went to pay they told me I had to pay $10 for painting my nails! I said why didn't you say something while I was painting my nails? And she just yelled at me! And the manager was cowardly and didn't say anything and the older lady just kept yelling at me! It was so confrontational and so weird! Terrible customer service! Do not go here. read more

This is for my wife. She goes there every couple of weeks. Service started slacking off but she doesn't run at the first sign of trouble. The last time she went in to get her dipping powders on her nails. The young lady even though there wasn't much business, rushed through the appointment and then put acrylic on her nails after being told to not do that. She assured my wife that she wouldn't. She also left her nails with uneven filing. My wife came home and said she would not go back. To be fair the two gentlemen that work there have done excellent work on my wife's nails. read more

Gave this place another try. Pros: they took me on-time the past 3 times. Great choice of colors. Discount for cash is fantastic. Nails lasted 2+weeks. Cons: hate soaking my old dip off in boiling hot water and acetone. Nails are not always equal length and I have to point it out read more

My daughter who is 17 and I went in for spa mani pedi. They rushed through it and did a sloppy job. I paid the extra 30 each for gel. The gel lifted in 2 days. Never again. What a waste of money. read more

Do not recommend Nail tech "Chanel"- sloppy/messy application during Dip manicure. She left the dip polish all over the skin around the nails and had to ask her to remove.( this was post setting/curing). She ended up cutting my skin around the nails to remove! Additionally she did my pedicure and burned me with the massaging stones - did not check before applying to skin. The salon is great but this nail tech is not! read more
