My wife had her nails polished, I had no polish. All of the workers I've encountered here speak good English - so that's helpful. LITERALLY THE WORST WORST WORST NAIL SALON!!…read more I came in the middle of the week during the afternoon - I was the only customer for at least 25 minutes. The two ladies that were working were playing on their phones, moving things around, talking to each other, and not concerned at all about me. That was bad but once my nail tech, Anna started dipping my nails - IT WAS AWFUL. She was so rushed and incredibly sloppy that she kept messing up each dip layer. Her way of fixing it was to continue adding more dip to my nails. As you can see from the pictures, my nails look like literal globs, the dip is so thick and unnatural. I couldn't even believe I had just got my nails done at a salon. I've been getting dip on my nails for a very long time, and I have never ever ever ever experienced such an awful nail service before!!! And on top of all that, this nail salon should be shut down for not following proper sanitation guidelines. I'm pretty sure the nail file, nail buffer, brush, nail rotary & everything else has been used on hundred of other people & never cleaned. My only bit of defense here is when I refused to pay for the dip, they didn't argue. They knew it was a HORRIBLE dip set & they let me leave. This nail salon is disgusting & their services are absolutely awful. This place should be shut down!!

Iv had them before at other places with no problems. They gave me a towel to wear and I got on the table. The lady began the service. She was ..ok bit not exactly relaxing. Then she had to move a piece of equipment or furniture and all I heard was thing clanking hitting the walls etc. it was slightly comical because my eyes were covered. Astter the head service I go across the hall and 2 ladies begin to try and brush out my hair.. then 3 then they send me back to the table telling me it's tangled not to worry. I of course begin to worry. It is getting slightly painful from the pulling at this point. When we get back to the blow dry chair many ladies and the managers were in there. I'm now in tears so overwhelmed. I had beautiful long hair I'd grown for years. I'd gon for the first bit of me time in awhile and felt awful. The ladies requested to just cut the knot out. I said no I'd have my salon do it. When I got home I saw the knot was actually matted. I went to my salon the next day and they had to cut my hair. From low back length to almost shoulder length to even it out. The Salon did not charge me gave me a gift card I will use on a nail service and paid for my hair cut. Please be careful with head spas.

I do book appointments ahead of time so I'm not sure what walk-in wait time is like, but I've seen walk-in's come in and be serviced as quickly as possible. Definitely would recommend!
