I typically get my nails done by Michelle, whose work I truly admire for its neatness and attention to detail. However, when I visited today, I was surprised to learn she was no longer with the company. When I asked, the receptionist mentioned she was "on vacation," which seemed unclear. I opted to go with another nail technician but was disappointed with the results. While I asked for a simple white polish, the shaping and overall quality didn't meet my expectations, appearing uneven and somewhat sloppy. Towards the end of my appointment, I inquired about any way to contact Michelle but was told it wasn't possible. I'm now reconsidering whether $115 for a basic gel pedicure and a fill with white polish aligns with the level of service I expect. I'll be posting photos of Michelle's previous work (the first two images with the floral design) alongside today's results for comparison. I'd appreciate any feedback on whether this service justifies the price. I may continue coming here for pedicures, but I'm hopeful there will be a way to reconnect with Michelle for nail services. I like coming to this location because it looks clean and they have a bar. I like to get pedicures here and my favorite is the milk and honey pedicure! The massage chairs are a nice bonus as well. I will say I wish they had more gel color options. They give me the same two books of colors and they had a wider range of brands as well such as OPI. Was going frequently until this last time my husband went for a manicure he came back saying it was a horrible experience and he won't be back. To me it looked like his nails were filed and the cuticles halfway done. Buff shine wasn't even right. Then I went thinking I'd have a better experience but mine was even worse! Rushed and sloppy work on my pedicure so much that the tub was filled to the brim with water because she was too busy talking and asking me about my life rather than focusing on my pedicure and changing out for freshwater. Also, I have SCRATCHES on the side of my ankle AND the back of my ankle because she failed to position my foot properly during the scrub. It was so painful and uncomfortable! On top of that during my manicure, I asked for my cuticles to not be cut, but apparently they don't consider it a manicure without being a cut so they were cut rather than pushed back. Neither of us will be back. Getting pedicures at these "nail salons" are no longer relaxing and enjoyable experiences. I will be searching for a place where even if I have to pay a little more for the skills, experience and relaxing atmosphere, I will happily go. read more

Please for your sake do not come to this salon, you may think to try a new salon to get your toes done but do NOT arrive here. I came to get a pedicure because I already have my nails done for my birthday. When I was sat I chose a color however once we began the process it was tragic. My toe nails appeared chunky due to the excessive layers of nail polish put on my toes. I am not a professional however Ive got my nails done enough times to know whether or not something looks odd. I then spoke up about the appearance of my nail polish and how it looks chunky & the nail polish isnt covering my full toe nail. I also had a toe nail with nail polish covering everywhere as well as my skin!! They told me shell finish her service and they will find a new tech to complete my toes because she removed the polish all off after asking me. This experience was just horrible especially due to the fact that this is my first time here and its my birthday!!! I would just say stick to where you know despite the extra miles to get there. The ambiance was great I cannot lie, nice bar inside as well if youd like to drink. However quality work is not done here. My tech was alright...at best. I didn't catch her name, so sorry. Second nail tech butchered my toes just as much as the first lady. I honestly just wanted to pay and get the hell out of there. Never coming back, such a disappointment ngl. After 10 days of getting my nails, I saw a black spot through the acrylic, I decided to take them off and it was a HUGE Mold/Fungus on two of my nails. I got a full new set & I didn't have that before I went to the salon! I reached out to to let them know and to see if they knew what I could put on it, I messaged my tech & she left me on read, then I stopped by and all they said was oh that's nothing it will go away! Really?! My finger was hurting so I went to the Doctor and sure enough it was a FUNGAL INFECTION from bacteria & now am on antibiotics! Never had an experience like this in over 20 years of getting my nails done on & off my Doctor said they must have used dirty / unsanitized equipment !! Never coming here again! read more

I was plugging in the address and saw the yelp reviews were at a 2.5?! Most were from a year or more ago that I was seeing but this place is absolutely amazing! I come from Lewisville Texas an hour away every 3 weeks (my nails grow fast) to get my nails done. I followed my previous mail tech over here and I absolutely love this place. Jenny is absolutely amazing with designs. Customer service is great, prices are typical to what I see at other places, they have a nice drink menu, every nail tech is talented and kind, and the management is incredibly kind. I've come to this salon a handful of times for a quick simple nail set or pedicure. These last two visits have been questionable and I won't be returning. The second to last time I came, my nails were horrible, not the right color, lumpy, thick, and the tech had given me horrible rings of fire from over filing, and almost every single finder had been cut at the cuticle and burned. I went back to get them taken off the same day, and of course could not get a refund, but was given a gift card for the amount that I had spent ($65). The manager spoke to me on the phone and apologized and said "next time you get him ask for someone else he isn't great with acrylic and shaping". That completely threw me off because if you know someone isn't up to par, why are you allowing them to work on nails! I went back yesterday to use the gift card because I didn't want to waste my money, I got a simple pedicure which turned out amazing and the tech was so nice he did great. But maybe ten minutes into me sitting down, the cashier came up to me and asked if I'd be paying with cash or card and I said a gift card and he offered to CHECK the amount on the card and I gave it to him. He came back after a few minutes and handed a receipt to the tech working on my feet and before he walked away I asked if there was in fact $65 on the gift card. He said "yes there was, and your service today will be $50 so I used the rest for the tip". I just thought that was so odd for him to have tipped themselves $15 without asking. I ALWAYS tip $10 anyways but I prefer tipping the techs personally with cash to ensure it goes directly to them. But I also noticed he did not ask anyone else there to pay before their service was completed. I won't be returning. read more

Went in on June 19th to get nails done, 2 days later 4 nails on right hand looked like pic one! Went back in on june 25th to have them fix 4 nails. I've given this place 3 opportunities to make up for a few wrongs, but it's gotten worse EVERYTIME. I paid $125 for these. My nails were rushed, bumpy and full of bubbles. My daughter asked for short and square blue nails and left with these. She was so upset. We asked repeatedly to put tips to make short and square, but this is what we got. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I had the worst first experience! They were rude and the lady that did my pedicure stuck my sandals on and rushed me out of my seat and the nail polish came right off and didn't fix them. Also I paid for the massage and I never got that. She rubbed my caves up and down once and then she was done. I would not recommend this place or unless you want to pay a lot for nothing! I had other friends that had the same issue and other issues with this place before! Take your money some where else that would treat you right!! They are full of it because they called the police and banned me when I wasn't even the customer they were fighting with them what's so ever. I'm so disappointed on how bad this service is. I came in for a basic manicure with the expectation that I would leave my nails done well. I came in and was greeted by a kind gentleman who started my nails. Halfway through the service another nail tech approached the man to fix a nail clipper. The man got up and the other nail tech took over my manicure. She completely rushed the service and did both coats of nail polish with a topcoat within 5 minutes. I was not offered a fan to dry my nails until I asked. I allowed my nails to dry for at least 15-20 minutes. The minute I left the salon, my nails started smudging due to the first layer still being wet. I came back the next day to ask for a refund and was told that only a manager can issue refunds. I came back again today to be told that refunds cannot be issued and that they can fix it. I decided that I didn't want to bother with them doing my nails again because I was concerned that it would be rushed. The energy of the salon feels very off and personally I don't think I will come back. The manager lacks the skills to handle poor service provided by her nail techs. Nor does she consider her customer base and how to keep the people who come through their doors. There was certainly no acknowledgment of how I was treated the day of my service. Don't let the wall of wine fool you either. There are better salons in the area who will provide you excellent service than the mediocre one that I experienced. read more

I asked that only my feet get done with a pedicure because nothing could be done to my legs until October because of a medical condition I was told that I would be charged 10.00 more dollars to have my foot scrubbed. I asked the manager even if I am not getting anything done to my legs. The manager agreed to a even swap. I get done with the scrubbing and toenails done but I did not get the rose scrub or even lotion put on my feet when everything was done. The manager asked me to not return since I was unhappy with not getting any oils or lotion on my feet that they already gave me a discount.
