As a first time importer I didn't really know what I was doing, and I failed to submit customs…read moreforms in time, which carried a $5,000 penalty. That is on a $600 dollars worth of imported goods. Because of that none of the agents here in Hawaii wanted to deal with me, because I didn't have the money to pay the penalty, I was just going to abandon my shipment. Then my overseas supplier recommended this company, and they have been absolutely wonderful to work with, I really appreciate them helping me to get through this difficult process, and without paying the hefty penalty for my first time ignorance. This is the third time I am using the services of this company, I definitely will stay with this company for all my future imports despite the fact that Honolulu is full of (not so helpful) customs agents.
