In fact Song told me he painted my house last time. The prep work was detailed and meticulous and they were on time at 8:30 am everyday. It was a hot week but they soldier on. I admire their work ethic. My neighbor grows a lot of edible plants on her lot and was concerned about the wind blowing some chemicals over her vegetables. Lopez was able to put up a plastic canopy over the fence all the way to the back of the lot. I was amazed that they could do that and my neighbors were very grateful. We were impressed enough with his attention to detail that we also asked him to take care of some additional home improvement work that wasn't related to painting.
