The pandemic happened and we were supposed to have our event 05/2020. Then 05/2021. Well at the time we were going to do it at our home. The most challenging thing ever is doing it at home! El Rancho provides a full package. It made things so much easier. We end up having it in July and I couldn't have asked for a better venue. They gave me the freedom to pretty much do what I want. The owners went above and beyond with assisting me and even coming up with better ideas. Thank you El Rancho for making my daughter's event very special. I definitely recommend this venue. If I could give this place a zero I would. It was my cousins 15 and by 8 o'clock they weren't letting any more people in. I don't understand if this is a hall or a nightclub. They were literally asking for IDs and they were giving us wristbands. Also some of my family members were weren't let inside due to capacity, but there was people who were leaving and they still wouldn't let people inside, the owner was nowhere to be found. I had family members waiting outside that weren't being let in and eventually some of my guests ended up leaving because they weren't being let inside. The waiters were horrible as well. Their service was the worst I've ever seen. They didn't offer food. We had to go ask and anytime they would come by. They didn't offer anything. They just had mad faces. They were also already cleaning tables before 10 o'clock, which I thought was super unprofessional if the party was supposed to end at 1 AM. read more

I'm not gonna lie it's beautiful and everything but it feels like if I'm going to jail. I pay for a limousine and they did t give us what we wanted they didn't let us have drinks and chips inside. Also they have a robot and it's not worth having it it's a waist of time. read more

I held my wedding reception here and it was the best experience. Alex made sure that everything went smoothly. We had a very traditional wedding and everything we wanted to do Alex accommodated. The decoration and set up was beautiful. I loved that the hall never said no to us and worked with us to make our wedding just how we wanted it. Our family loved the hall. We just had my daughter's sweet 16 here and it was amazing! My daughter, my family and friends really enjoyed the party. Everyone was so helpful and attentive. We just had our daughters 15 here 5/14 and I strongly recommend this hall. Alex and his team are AMAZING. They make you feel so welcomed and like someone has your back because this is very stressful to plan but they lift part of that weight off your shoulders. The decorations were perfect the set up was perfect but the main thing that I liked was the security service. They are on it especially because this is a children's event they are so cautious and make sure that everyone feels comfortable and safe. My daughter just had her 15 this weekend and I have to say after last minute stressful planning Alex and his team were so helpful every time I called him for questions he always answered and communicated with me the entire time .The day of the event I really did nothing they had everything ready and clean the hall looked amazing more than what I had imagine and the staff took care of my guest food was sent to the tables drinks always served ..The servers had great attitude the bar tender was great and good attitude ..I felt really safe and also saw them so professional with security..we had a little altercation with our family and security and staff took care of it in a professional way and fast I really appreciate it that ..I must say if I ever had to do anything in a venue I would definitely do it at this location and I will always recommend them. I recently had a party here and the food was late I had people waiting for the food because of that issue. I had to serve the guest fruit and since Alex the owner was no were to be found then when I made the contact he promised me a jumper then the day of the party but there was no jumper because he said the jumper had a hole in it . Since my guess was aware, notified, and expecting there to be a jumper I had to call one in and pay for it this was not professional at all . Then my daughter who the party was thrown for was asking for a specific music to be played and told the dj to change the music he was just disregarding her and the request of others and had the audacity to play what he wanted giving no care to the request of anyone who asked for a song I thought I was paying for there service. But I guess I was wrong .
