I've always gone directly to the showrooms of dealerships. I decided after walking into about 8 in 3 days, that I was gonna wait not sure what I wanted. Took Victors suggestion and called Boris. We were on the phone 15 minutes and he already knew what I was looking for. Luxury but not hitting me over the head. He made it easy in figuring me out and I got my car 2 days later and didn't have buyers remorse . Hardest part was figuring out what color I wanted. Best service, I'm going to continue using this place. Thank you Boris!

This is my second time leasing with Danny from Infinite Auto. Absolutely the best service and unbelievable pricing. From the first phone call to delivery, nothing but professional and courteous service. Their pricing beat any dealership or other leasing company. Anyone who I referred was thrilled with the deal they got. I will be looking forward to my next deal with Danny at Infinite Auto.

I went in just to explore my options, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Carmen Salcedo. I was very indecisive (I'm a Libra- I can't help it), but Carmen was incredibly patient. She never rushed me and encouraged me to test-drive every option until I found the perfect fit for me: the GLE350. The entire purchase process was smooth, and I left feeling genuinely happy with my decision. Before I drove off, Carmen introduced me to Tyler, who gave me a thorough tutorial of the car. Tyler was extremely informative and kind, which made me fall more in love with my purchase. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend Carmen to anyone looking for a stress-free and supportive car buying process.

1 STAR -- DO NOT BRING YOUR MERCEDES HERE…read more Mercedes-Benz of Manhattan Collision Center gave me the worst collision-repair experience I have ever had. I brought in my 2020 Mercedes-Benz E63 S AMG expecting Mercedes-level workmanship, communication, and quality control. Instead, I experienced one problem after another. My vehicle was dropped off on July 13, 2026, and since then I have dealt with poor communication, delays, questionable workmanship, and multiple issues that I had to discover and point out myself. Among the problems: * Front bumper not properly aligned * Fender/door alignment issues * Hood alignment problems * Visible bumper gaps * Missing or questionable fasteners/screws * Scratched headlight * Damaged/peeling headlight film/tint * Headlight alignment issue * Low-beam/headlight warning while the vehicle was in their possession * Scratched/damaged AMG wheel * Fender liner/wheel-well concerns * Brake rotor damage/chipping concerns * Brake-wear warnings even though my brakes had recently been serviced * 12V battery warning that began after the vehicle was dropped off * Additional mileage placed on the vehicle while it was in their possession * Problems and questions regarding the AMG badges * Ongoing bumper/backorder issues What bothered me most was that I constantly felt like I had to be the quality-control inspector. I had to walk around my own car and identify problem after problem. This is supposed to be a Mercedes-Benz collision center. Why should the customer have to point out bumper gaps, alignment problems, damaged parts, warning lights, and unfinished repairs? At one point, the claim was showing the vehicle as COMPLETE/READY FOR PICKUP even though I still had numerous unresolved concerns. How can a vehicle possibly be considered complete when the owner is still identifying problems? The communication throughout this entire process has also been extremely disappointing. I have had to repeatedly follow up, ask for answers, and push to get issues addressed. I eventually lost so much confidence in the repair that I contacted State Farm about having one of their adjusters physically inspect the vehicle and potentially having it moved somewhere else. That alone should tell you how bad this experience has been. An E63 S AMG is not a cheap vehicle. I specifically trusted a Mercedes-Benz facility because I expected the car to be handled properly. Instead, this experience has left me questioning everything that was done to my vehicle. My advice to anyone considering this collision center: TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING before dropping your vehicle off. CHECK YOUR MILEAGE. CHECK YOUR WHEELS. CHECK YOUR HEADLIGHTS. CHECK EVERY BODY PANEL AND EVERY GAP. CHECK YOUR WARNING LIGHTS. And DO NOT accept your vehicle until you personally inspect every inch of it. I expected Mercedes-Benz quality. I did not receive it. Based on my experience, I absolutely cannot recommend Mercedes-Benz of Manhattan Collision Center.

I stopped in here to buy a Toyota…read more First off, it's a cool entrance, going up 3 floors to the showrooms which are walled off glass Lexus and Toyota stores. Very slippery when wet, though, so not sure how they handle rain/winter weather.... The center area for doing paperwork and dropping off/waiting on car service is large, and they have some water (bathrooms inside the showrooms though). The Toyota has a lot of salespeople, and remember if you want to do a test drive, bring license and come before 4pm. It's a lot of waiting, honestly. They have water, a coffee machine, but the showroom was quite warm and humid.. cooler to wait outside in the Omotenashi sign area (but that has more car exhaust & associated car smells). A small popcorn machine that had burnt popcorn. I stopped in to do my down pay and hold the car, came back with more docs and a check for the remainder of the downpayment another day. They do want to sell the cars, so I get the pressure to come in quicker. The tax, registration and license plate work they can take care of for NY and NJ, no issues there, finance manager took that info and call you back to pick it up. They have a guy that will turn on the car and look at it if you want to trade in a vehicle. Lowballed compared to Carvana or other services, but convenient? Yes. No hard sell from the finance manager on extended warranty or service contracts, which is nice, they were roughly in-line with other area service and warranty contracts, but more expensive than if you were to go to Delaware or Pennsylvania. Do double-check the cars, though, when you buy it. Mine was missing mats and a bunch of other things like the second key (chip shortages) - they ordered them, so that was good, but the tires were low on air and my gas was only half-full, so I'll get another tank later when I pick up the car. The battery also died on me on the first day, so they came out to jump the car, and then bring it back for a full inspection and replace with a new battery, so props to them for taking care of the issues when they have popped up. Is it the smoothest Toyota experience I've had? No, and also a lot more waiting than my prior cars. Yes, documentation fees. Not much in the way of negotiation - people still want Toyotas, so no reason to do much in the way of discounting right now. Jeudi and the manager did reach out to right the challenges with the new car, though, so that was helpful, and Jeudi was a patient man when doing everything from getting the vehicle ready (and checked again after the battery issue) and then also dealing with things like getting the old license plate off the car (pretty rusted on), etc. As of today, about 4 months later, I'm still waiting on getting the full set of mats for the back of my car. =\

Worst service I've ever had, which is saying a lot since I once had a car serviced and they forgot to tighten the lug nuts on my wheel (looking at you Hillside Honda...). We leased an Volvo EX90 in July, and it has been nothing but a frustrating experience ever since. The vehicle has already been in the shop three separate times for major issues, including being unable to charge or operate properly--completely unacceptable for a brand-new electric vehicle. The technology is unreliable at best. The system is consistently glitchy, and the Bluetooth connection rarely works, which defeats the purpose of a modern, tech-forward car. Today was the final straw: one of the windows stopped working entirely and is now stuck in the down position. Equally disappointing is the service experience. It is extremely difficult to get a service appointment in a timely manner, and loaner vehicles are almost never available--even when the car is inoperable. For a luxury brand, this level of customer support is simply not acceptable. Between the ongoing mechanical issues and the lack of responsive service, this has been an incredibly frustrating and inconvenient experience. I would strongly advise others to think twice before leasing or purchasing from this dealership.
