I did call to provide feedback on how inappropriate this was, especially during a first visit... and to let the office know we wouldn't be returning, the receptionist was very kind. Maybe other vets at the office offer more empathy, but feel it's important to share this experience. btw! after one dose of the gabapentin my beloved cat is already so much more relaxed and out and about in our home!
