My one little male cat Benny had a more complicated neutering but they took such great care of him with no problems. My other cat Charlie was running a temperature. They had me hold him to calm him down and his temperature returned to normal. I explained my kittens love to be with each other and when I returned I was happy to see, my kittens were together in the cage I left for them. They were very reasonably priced and worked us into their schedule very quickly. I was also able to pick my cats up the same day, which I felt was less stressful on my cats. Finally, Dr. Vito came in and introduced himself and spent time putting Gus at ease. His demeanor and love of animals was apparent as well as his gentleness with Gus to ensure that his first vet visit and shots did not stress him out. I first heard of Kentwood Cat Clinic, but live north of GR. There was no way I was going to be able to make appointments there if I had to come home from work to pick up my cat, then drive all the way in the other direction for the vet. The Cat Clinic North (affiliated with Kentwood Cat Clinic) is also on the north side of town, much closer to my house. 2. Although my cat doesn't mind other animals, he's already on edge at the vet. When there are dogs barking in the waiting area he gets pretty freaked out. Since the Cat Clinic (obviously?) specializes in cats we don't have to worry about dogs in the waiting area. I don't think I would ever again even consider a location that takes all pets. It's just too stressful for him. 3. The vets, assistants, and front desk staff have all been great! They are friendly, super knowledgeable, sweet to my cat even when he gets crabby with them, and really great about calling to check up on him after a visit, or when he's due for a check-up. I also really trust that he is receiving the best care. 4. We haven't utilized it, but they do have Cat Condos there in case you need to board your cat. Overall, I'm very happy with the care received from this clinic, and would highly recommend them to any cat parent!
