Just got a pedicure done and the man spent 30 seconds on each heel and that is only after I asked him to scrub my heels a little more. He never scrubbed my toes or the bottom of my feet. The paint looked fine but I will need to go somewhere else tomorrow to get all the rough spots off. Would not recommend for pedicure. read more

Pros: price ($45 mani/pedi), many colors to choose from, walk ins welcome, quick service (mani/pedi done at the same time if few customers), NOT aggressive or pushy (she asked once if I wanted gel, I said no, and she never pressed it), English speaking and friendly. They did a decent job, a few nails could use an extra coat and I'm sure they'd fix it if I had noticed before I left or if I cared to go back and ask for a fix. Mani included nail filing, cuticle care, lotion/oil massage, polish and clear coat. Pedi included polish removal, nail trimming/filing, cuticle care, pumice scrub, body scrub and massage on legs, lotion and massage, polish and clear coat. Cons: I wish I could put this in fewer words but she asked me to pay in the middle of the service which no other place has ever done, VERY obviously reusing things- pumice stone, nail file and clippers showed signs of many uses. No liner in the pedi spa. My pedi tech wore gloves but my nail tech did not. Therefore, overall biggest concern is sanitation and potential infection risk. If they were cleaner I would give 5 stars because you can't beat the quality of service for the price. read more

My feet was ok. But my husband feet did not. When we went to check up we was charged for the medium package ($27). Understand $27 is not the issue the issue is the lowest one was $20. BUT WAS NEVER ASKED WHAT PACKAGE ARE WE GETTING!!! How can you charge me $27 when you never asked me. this our first time at this place. Normally my husband would get the medium or the highest package it the other places when have been too. BUT ME, I ALWAYS GET THE LOWEST. I moved to Concord 3 months ago and have been desperately looking for a quality nail salon. I've been salon hopping since I got here and have no been pleased. Today I FINALLY found my go to salon. To begin, there was no wait time. I walked in on a Friday after work. The ladies took their time with me and even helped me decide what I should get. They were not pushy at all and inexpensive. My nails were a disaster from the previous salon and it was a lot of work to fix. They added tips on one hand so I wouldn't have to cut down the nails on my right hand. My usual nail salon was too busy and I got a pedicure and SNS here. I was not satisfied with either and would not recommend this location. My pedicure was basically a polish change. The SNS just awful. I have gotten SNS at a few different places but this place didn't even fully take off my old SNS which caused discoloration for the new color. They always do a great job and do what I ask for. They are very reasonably priced compared to other Salons. They are there all day 6 days a week. They are very personable and do a great job! I have been a customer here for over a year and today is the last time I walk in to this establishment. I was told at my last visit that if they are still open and i walk in at 6pm (closing hrs posted are 930am til 7pm) I would get my service. I went on Monday of this week at 6pm and the door was locked and they were putting on their coats. Jenny came to door and stated they needed to pick up their children. I was perfectly fine with that. Went back today Wednesday to get a fill in at same time and she looked at her watch and stated she had a customer which she had already finished her nails and another employer had started her customers pedicure. Basically she was saying it was too late for her to take care of me. I told her this was the 2nd time this week she had turned me away when the hours of the business is until 7pm. I just got a blank stare and a giggle. Walked to food lion, which is next door and drove by, the other employee was working on the customer that she stated she was taking care of.
