After that we could not get ahold of him at all. We'd call and leave messages and never heard back. I can only assume that the job is done correctly but I'm not sure it was worth 11000. Just so you know. Then when I asked about if he was going to replace the filters, he said he didn't have any and he only changes his when he remembers. And they "looked clean anyway." I'm attaching pictures to prove what a scam this company, or at least its employees, are. I then had to buy filters myself and replace them, giving less than zero value to their maintenance plan. I will be choosing a competitor from now on. I wouldn't let them change a light bulb.
