We paid to order a new vehicle and upon arrival, a different one was presented, one with decals all over the body. Instead of offering to make it right and get the car we paid to secure, they only offered to remove the stickers, which damaged the paint and left the vehicle covered in scratches. They have yet to make it right or take responsibility for their dishonest business practices. The experience at Kool Toyota from a new vehicle purchase to service was disappointing.
