I submitted everything through my insurance and then someone came to my house at the beginning of the stated time window. It did take an hour to replace, which I wasn't expecting, so be sure to ask if you have a time commitment. Once he was done, the guy working on my car told me to wait about 15 minutes to drive. It ended up being over half an hour before I drove it, and I noticed some weird rattling from the windshield that kind of freaked me out. However it went away quickly and so far so good! No leaks! *knock on wood* I would definitely use them again in the future or recommend them to anyone needing a crack repair or windshield replacement.

That left a crack on my windshield that ended up increasing in size over time. After calling various business around Grand Rapids for repair quotes, I decided on Orion since it was the cheapest. I had an appointment the next morning and they got to work on my car straight away. It was a 2 hour wait, one hour to install and another to let the adhesive dry. I had to leave the black tape on for 3 days. I paid $230 flat to replace my entire my entire windshield for a new one. I definitely will be returning if more spiders show up in my car!

People were friendly and customer service was good. However, their attention to detail seems to be lacking on a $2000 install. They stripped the head out of one of the screws on the shower hinge and I had to call them to come back and fix it. Additionally (and worst of all) they installed the shower door 1" crooked so it doesn't run down the entire center of the shower curb, it can't really be moved now since there will be holes in the tile (titles are 4'x2' and not cheap or easy to replace). I never noticed this flaw till about a month later while having a shower... lesson learnt I suppose.
