Continously updating us with details, questions and expected completion date. In addition the family curse struck. Just our luck, the day we were to pick it up...someone hit it in the parking lot. Again Dawn came to the rescue. She assisted us with the information to deal with the matter. The repairs done were excellent, absolutely no complaints. Bonus...they detailed the inside of my vehicle too AND we did not have to return our Enterprise Rental, Dawn handled it for us, bonus surprise! They said they would be able to fix everything up no problem. After about a week they gave us a call letting us know it was going to take a bit longer. No problem, we know everyone is short staffed. After three weeks in the shop we expected our truck to be fully fixed and ready for us to continue using it as our daily driver. Upon pick up, the only thing that was fixed was a few cosmetic things... the steering wheel was completely out of place, the plastic pieces they took off on the inside where torn off and not put back on properly, plus the car was veering off the road . We let the shop know that the car was not driving at all like it did before the accident. They proceeded to say we were lying. We got a second mechanics opinion and they stated if the car was driving like it is now before the accident, it would show on the tires, which it does not. So we concluded that this would need to be fixed. We let auto body USA know this and they claimed we were still lying and that the truck must not be our daily driver. We tried getting the damages to our car covered under insurance as this was a cause of our accident. Auto body USA proceeded to tell the insurance company that the truck was like this before and we supposedly told them this. Even though they have never even seen our truck prior to the accident. Customer service was terrible, there was no transparency in anything that was done, no quote was given, and extremely unprofessional. We were hung up on when trying to talk this out with a representative and it was like pulling teeth trying to hear back from anyone on the team. Here we are in December, still with a broken truck. Trying to save people from the same trouble we went through!

There was damage to one panel and the license plate light, they said they would take care of it no problem. A few other problems came up about took the trailer back to them on December 7 of 2024 and haven't seen my trailer since. Today is May 20, 2025. If I sneak in a call I get that beating around the bush feel. They made me feel like the interior panels wouldn't be covered under warranty delaminating, but the manufacturer assured me it was. No responses to emails now. I am in negotiations with lightning trailers to fix some of the problems and they won't even call them back. They backed into my trailer and damaged a few more panels. I asked for pictures about a month ago and they won't send me pictures of the damage. I live over 2 1/2 hours away so I can't just drop in. michael's Customer service is horrible and warranty. Service is horrible. I can't believe I am the only negative review on their page.

I have had several repairs performed by Dewey's. Every repair they 've done was absolutely pro…read morework. The last repairs I had done were done on our ancient Honda Odyssey with 200k on it. The window operator failed, the rear window wiper failed and one of the slider handles failed. Just to make me feel like I did my due diligence, I took the vehicle to another body shop to get a secon d quote. I was shocked when the second quote came back at nearly double the price quoted by Dewey's. The repairs were completed perfectly in less than 8 hours without surprises provided by the final bill. In another event, my 2007 Subaru was hit in a parking lot. These repairs were far more complex than the van. The work took 5 days to complete (not surprisingly). The finished work was beautiful! My 11 year old Suby looks like new! This was one of those jobs that could easily have been more than anticipated due to hidden damage. When I picked up the car, the bill was exactly what the insurance company estimated. I would not have been surprised to have to pay some extra, but that isn't what happened. What I want from a body shop is quality work without any surprises. That is exactly what I got at Dewey's. Great workmanship, awesome staff great price!! One last thing, they give you a lifetime warranty on their work! Who does that?!!

I had my car taken in to a shop and all they told me it needed was a hood but their mechanic claimed it need a bunch of work this dealership offered me $4,000 for my 2018 Ford escape with less than 80,000 mi on it The dealership I went to after them offered me $12,000 with the hood the way it is. The cars they have are way overpriced and not even a bank would approve you for a loan for how overpriced the cars are
