Unfortunately, after my car was deemed a total loss and sat there for 3 weeks, that shop made $3,000 in storage fees from the insurance. At that point, it felt like the owner was less interested in actually helping me and more focused on the money he'd already made. Things only got worse when my car was accidentally placed in Copart's possession, which delayed the release another 4 days. By the time I finally had my car back, I was frustrated and drained from the whole process. That's when I found Royal Road Collision -- and everything changed. From my very first call with Ana, I could tell this shop was different. When I met the owner, Sebastian, and shared everything I'd gone through, he immediately stepped in to help. Even with a busy schedule, he cleared space to get my car repaired quickly. Walking into the shop, I was greeted by Sebastian, his mom at the front desk, and their corgi, Maximo. It was such a welcoming, family-run environment, and honestly felt like an answer to prayer. This included negotiating with insurance to cover the best available parts, working to order the parts despite tariffs and supply issues, and painting/re-painting the car to make sure the coat was perfect. They even helped me install my dash cam as well and made the interior smell like a new car. I would definitely recommend this family business who clearly put their best effort into taking care of their clients. I fully trust their business integrity and that they will not negotiate in providing the best final product. They are the only body shop I will go to from now on.

Their office manager Emir is the most professional, knowledgeable guy I have ever dealt with and is super nice. He is very good at explaining with what they will do and how much it will cost as well as calling you with any updates etc.... I recently had a big project to do with my old 2005 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab truck. It WAS faded sun rot burgundy, with Stock rims and tires with chrome mirrors, chrome bumpers and every piece of rubber lining anywhere in the truck was rotting. Rather than paying tens of thousands for a new truck, I decided just to revitalize my old, great working truck and make it LOOK new. I bought rims and tires from Americas tire Co and then took my Truck to Ruben's to completely paint it and install all new rubber pieces around the window, the wheel well lining etc.... I wanted them to take off anything and everything chrome and replace it with black. They installed a new black bumper, black side mirrors, headlights with black inside casing, and black side steps as well as a new shorter black antenna. They also painted every thing black such as the Toyota emblem as well as the chrome strips that are on the bumper. They also put in a new TRS Decal on the bed. They were the best price around but more importantly, they didn't rush it and took a little more time (which was ok with me) to take off the bed the doors and other parts to completely paint the ENTIRE truck. They truly dismantled it which took a lot of time but allowed them to give me a factory level (and more) paint job. The Truck NOW looks new and the paint job is the best I've seen. I get compliments a lot and I tell everyone where I got it painted. I've owned a lifted dodge 2500 diesel 4x4 with huge off-road tires and rims as well as a Ford F-250, diesel lifted with off-road tires and rims and THIS truck has been the one I am the most proud of to drive thanks to Emir And all the guys at Rubens auto. When shopping for an auto body shop I was looking for a place that was reliable and quick. When I…read morespoke with Robert at R&F I was told it would take 5 business days give or take a day or two. The insurance estimate and agreement was done the next day with an agreement of 7 business days. When I called for an update on my car on day 7 as I had not received an update on a possible delay. When I called first I was told the car was going to take an additional 7 business due to waiting on aftermarket parts. When I asked if there is any way I can assist in getting these parts else where to speed up the process, and was told no with no explanation. The phone was then handed off to another employee. When asking again if we can get the parts through another vendor I was told by the second employee they had located and received all the parts and the delay was not in receiving the parts but rather they were waiting to paint the parts and assembled the car. It was never clarified what the actual delay was and unapologetically told "well I'm not going to half ass the job it will get done when we told you it will be done" I am very dissatisfied with the communication and customer service. Totally ridiculous and very unprofessional collision center. I would not recommend R&F auto collision center.
