My car was brand new only 5 months old when I damaged it and when it was fixed, it looked the same way it was prior. The color matched perfectly. Haze has excellent customer service as well. I have referred him to others and they have also had the same experience. It's been a year now that I had my car repaired and it still is in great condition. Ontop of that they had the vehicle for months and I dropped it off in Fontana and they moved shops moved the vehicle to San Bernardino with them without giving me a heads up so we were forced to pay more for a tow as well I initially chose to give them the business because they were in Fontana (the same city I'm in) and they moved taking the vehicle with them before telling me they're transferring the vehicle

I was never explained in detail what was repaired what was done upon entering the vehicle it was completely full of body shop dust. The person in charge was not in the location. I left and phoned her with my concern. she did offer for me to return the vehicle however, I don't live anywhere near there, and I was already halfway back home at a later time I requested to be reimbursed half of the detail which was unfortunate denied. I believe it bad customer service when they received close to $11,000 for the repairs and I get a completely filthy car but that's the way they do business do not recommend.

When shopping for an auto body shop I was looking for a place that was reliable and quick. When I…read morespoke with Robert at R&F I was told it would take 5 business days give or take a day or two. The insurance estimate and agreement was done the next day with an agreement of 7 business days. When I called for an update on my car on day 7 as I had not received an update on a possible delay. When I called first I was told the car was going to take an additional 7 business due to waiting on aftermarket parts. When I asked if there is any way I can assist in getting these parts else where to speed up the process, and was told no with no explanation. The phone was then handed off to another employee. When asking again if we can get the parts through another vendor I was told by the second employee they had located and received all the parts and the delay was not in receiving the parts but rather they were waiting to paint the parts and assembled the car. It was never clarified what the actual delay was and unapologetically told "well I'm not going to half ass the job it will get done when we told you it will be done" I am very dissatisfied with the communication and customer service. Totally ridiculous and very unprofessional collision center. I would not recommend R&F auto collision center.

When I stopped to take a look at everything (after my P.A. system wouldn't work for yet unknown reasons) I found more work to do when I reinstall the underglow. I'm going to have to do work now that involves taking off the freshly painted bumper and I'm going to end up buying a new light strip to get things working as they did when I dropped the car off initially. I'm not happy about all of this but what really annoyed me is that the interior has paint on the upholstery and whoever mixed the paint left the remnants on the trunk where they experimented to find the right color. Nothing super crazy, I know, but I don't appreciate having to buy new parts and do extra because of carelessness. At the end of the day if you need a good quality paint job for cheap this is a good place to go. Just be mindful and communicate clearly so things get handled correctly. I already had to do some maintenance so I had work to do before I brought my car in I was just not planning for quite so much...
